Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

2eme fois chez Lamberto et que dire.. Nous passons à chaque fois nos meilleurs vacances dans cette superbe maison, chacun à son espace et la piscine et superbe. Lamberto est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours disponible au moindre soucis. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout !

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

Location perfetta e in ottima posizione molto pulito

Appartamento pulitissimo e molto confortevole. A pochissimi minuti dai supermercati e dal mare (all'interno del Consorzio di Colleromito, la sera si può passeggiare all'interno del Consorzio di cui fa parte la casa). Il proprietario Roberto è stato molto disponibile e gentile fin dal primo contatto telefonico per ogni tipo di nostra richiesta. Disponibili 4 climatizzatori di ultima generazione in grado di tenere fresca tutta la casa. La cucina è attrezzata, completa di 2 frigo + 1 Freezer molto capiente, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno+fornetto. Presente nel salone la TV, disposizione degli ospiti inoltre c'è disponibile il wi-fi per connettere la TV+i vostri devices. 2 bagni con docce. L'interno della casa è curato, facile da pulire. il vero plus è il giardino con tanto verde che fa sempre bene alla vista e al cuore, con un patio dove è possibile mangiare o vivere momenti ricreativi. Parcheggio auto all'interno del Consorzio. Grazie di tutto Roberto torneremo sicuramente!Casa Top!

La casa è fornita di tutto e di più. Oltre ai classici accessori presenti in molti (ma non in tutti) gli alloggi (phon, ferro da stiro, stendino, accessori per cucina...) qui c'è il mondo... piastra per i capelli, frullatore ad immersione, borsa termica per il mare, contenitori per gli alimenti, Stick anti punture di insetto, Xbox 😲... Ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa, era lì! La casa era pulitissima, il giardino meraviglioso con tanto di amaca per godersi le serate al fresco. L'area barbecue fornita di tutto. E non ultimo tutto il necessario per la spiaggia: ombrellone, sdraietta, teli per il mare. I negozi non sono molti ma c'è tutto il necessario e a due passi, compresa una gelateria e un ristorante niente male. Il mare non è vicinissimo ma facilmente raggiungibile con pochi minuti in automobile (parcheggi gratuiti non difficili da trovare) o con le bici elettriche messe a disposizione. Mauro e Vladimira sono state due persone deliziose, presenti ma discreti. Tornerò di sicuro

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

Очень уютные аппартаменты , есть все необходимое для проживания, особенно поразила собстввенная терраса) Хозяин внимательный и быстро отвечает, расположение самое удобное, рядом магазины, рестораны, кафе и вокзал. Всем рекомендую и ,надеюсь, что приеду сюда еще раз)

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.

Adorei! Nós acabamos perdendo o trem, e chegamos muito tarde na estação de Anzio, e para a nossa surpresa, Sílvia estava nos aguardando do lado de fora, e nos deu uma carona, pois não tinha mais horário de ônibus. Nós chegamos na expectativa de ligar para algum táxi, e não precisamos. A casa é muito boa, bem arejada, bem grande, com todas as coisas básicas necessárias. Fica a poucos metros no mar, e a sacada tem vista para o pôr-do-sol. Recomendo e pretendo voltar!

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso l alloggio di Giacomo, La signora Maria Pina mamma di Giacomo è una persona splendida accogliente e molto premurosa e gentile. La casa è meravigliosa spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, all arrivo Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione sia perangiatr che per l igiene personale direi il TOP. dista dal mare 5 minuti che ne valgono davvero la pena per la tranquillità in cui si trova, è il posto ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi.. consigliatissima..

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

Villino corrispondente alle foto, domotico, elegante, pulitissimo, spazioso, per chi ama la tranquillità a poca distanza dal mare, il parcheggio è sia interno che esterno (stradina privata), tutto curato nei dettagli.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti. Alessandro è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è bella e sta in un punto molto comodo, 7 min a piedi per arrivare al mare e 2 per arrivare al centro della città. Consigliatissima. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Danilo and his family were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts. Their home in Sabaudia is clean and beautiful with a stunning outdoor cooking area, large, open spaces, had plenty of space for larger families travelling, and the downstairs shower was a dream. They generously gave us a delicious crostata and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We ran into some transport trouble due to a public transport strike on the day we were due to arrive, and Danilo was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, going the extra mile to help us navigate Italy’s public transport system. The house is conveniently located close to a major supermarket and is a short walk away from the town’s major piazza with all the amenities. This is one of the best places to stay for any trip to Sabaudia.
