Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, alles ist brandneu und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber Vincenzo und Norma sind sehr nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut verstanden. Der Kühlschrank und die Vorratsschränke waren bei unserer Ankunft so gut gefüllt, dass man ein einfaches Frühstück und Abendessen hätte machen können. Im Bad gibt es auch allerlei Produkte zur freien Verfügung. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön, war jetzt (im Oktober) auch nur wenig besucht. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen

Grazie Pino per l'ottima accoglienza e per avere potuto trascorrere nella tua casa giornate meravigliose. Pulizia e accoglienza perfette, il giardino sul retro moooolto godibile nelle serate in compagnia o nei pomeriggi in cerca di refrigerio tra limoni e palme. Ottimo tutto... Bravo!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Villa. Leider meinte es das Wetter nicht so gut mit uns und daher war es sehr kalt im Haus. Caterina war aber super engagiert und hat sofort Feuerholz vorbei gebracht und so konnten wir den Kamin einheizen. In den Schlafräumen gab es eine Klimaanlage welche auch als Heizung dient. Die Lage zum Meer war super auch ein paar lokale Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab einen Grill( welchen wir aber nicht genutzt haben) Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem was wir im Urlaub eher selten erleben! Vielen Dank und bis bald

Roberto was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. The house is truly magical, surrounded by stunning lemon, orange, and mandarin groves that create the most beautiful and peaceful landscape. Roberto provided a super helpful local guide filled with great recommendations and even welcomed us with a basket of fresh Sicilian local products :) The house is exactly as shown in the pictures – if not better! It comes with thoughtful extras like a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was being able to pick fresh lemons, oranges, and mandarins straight from the trees (and fresh eggs) – which made breakfast-time really special ;) Highly recommend staying here! Noto is just a short drive away and full of great restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring some of the most charming towns in Sicily, all within easy reach. Would definitely recommend it and go back again!

Eine super schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schöner Terasse. Es gibt viel Platz im Garten und die Gastgeber stellen ein biischen Spielzeug/ Fahrzeuge für kleine Kinder bereit, das war toll! Die Familie ist nett und aber diskret, man hat seine Privatsphäre . Aufgrund eines Sturmes ein paar Tage vorher war der Strand in Calabernado die Tage nicht so schön und wir hatten ihn laut Lage auf der Karte etwas dichter vermutet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Danke! :)

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Had a great stay! Very convenient and very nice little house in a great location for walking around. Was even able to settle down and get work done during the afternoons.

Great location and walkable to Ortigia. Beds are comfortable and mattresses are firm but "squeaky" because they have a wood base that rubs.

Francesco made sure we felt at home right from the beginning. You can’t beat the location and the view from the apartment. Everything is walking distance from the apartment. Thank you very much!

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De locatie was ideaal: op wandelafstand van het charmante centrum van Noto. Het dakterras was een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een dagje sightseeing. De communicatie en instructies (ook voor het parkeren) waren duidelijk en vlot. We apprecieerden ook het flesje water dat voor ons in de koelkast stond bij aankomst – een kleine, maar heel welkome attentie. Zeker een aanrader!

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine Woche im Appartment von Emanuela und Peppe sehr genossen. Vor allem die großzügige Wohnung mit den Balkons und die zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage der Unterkunft waren sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und Peppe lief jederzeit schnell und reibungslos - auch wenn einmal ein Problem auftrat. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Siracusa. Great location, very quiet, spotlessly clean. Didier is a great host, friendly and responsive, sent us lots of recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. Amazing sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and a grill.

Marcella is a warm and responsive host. She allowed us to check in very early and her place was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

Erste Häuserreihe am Meer. Kleiner Mini-Sandstrand und Treppe 20 m entfernt. Ideal für Meerliebhaber. Wunderschöne, grosszügige Veranda (wenn man steht, sieht man das Meer). Kleine 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Kochnische; ideal für Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten. Bei schönem Wetter eine super Wohnung. Ideal um Ortegia/Syrakus/Noto zu besuchen. Für alles (Restaurant/Einkaufen/Ausflüge) ist ein Auto nötig. Robin war sehr engagiert, einem gute Tipps zu geben. Wir genossen ruhige Tage mit viel Baden und Kurzausflügen nach Ortigia.

Miriam and her mom waited for us on the street as we arrived, then welcomed us into the apartment they called "home." And indeed, it felt like a true home—beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped for guests, down to a sewing kit with various threads. On the dining table, there was a bottle of wine, and a pack of handmade Italian cookies. The fridge was stocked with juice, beer, milk, and water, and they had provided a variety of teas, both regular and decaf espressos. The location was perfect, in an ancient building near attractions. The stunning blue sea was just steps away, where we could sit at a relaxed restaurant table and watch the mesmerizing sunset. Miriam took my husband to park our rental car and brought him back. When we checked out, her father did the same. She sent us plenty of information about everything, her meticulous care surprised us again and again. In fact, her entire family shares the same warmth and care—they are all incredibly kind and attentive.

Fantastic apartment at the centre of Ortigia. From the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom, everything was very clean, very comfortable, very convenient. Wonderful view from the terrace upstairs. We were in touch with Rosy (Leandro's mother) who most helpful and always reactive. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Just keep in mind that there are rather steep stairs to access first the apartment's first floor, then its top floor and terrace (not suited for PMR).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ortigia at Maria Theresa’s lovely apartment and we would definitely love to return some day! The description on the website is very accurate and if anything the apartment exceeds expectations so all around a wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely stay in Syracuze, great city with a lot to see. We slept 2 nights at Casa Smile. Great location, close to Ortigia, and close to free parking (by the kids playground). Luigi and his wife welcomed us, left us some breakfast for the kids and gave us recomendations for sightseeing. The bathroom shower is maybe a bit outdated, but everything was clean, and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Cristina is an exceptional and diligent host. Great instructions and support on getting to and around the flat, very communicative and made every effort to make my mum and I comfortable. She helped make our first time in Sicily smooth and hassle-free, and we are very grateful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mario and Jacopo's place. It was spotlessy clean, stocked with everything we needed and fantastically located to explore Ortigia. Mario and Jacopo were thoughtful hosts and made us feel so welcome and supplied us with helpful hints and suggestions for our stay. The cake made by Mario was delicious too. We would defintely recommend to anyone visiting Ortigia.
