My Fiance & I had the pleasure of staying at Erika's Monmouth Beach house. We absolutely loved the house and amenities. Erika's communication & attention to details was perfection. The house is spacious and provided great space for entertaining. If you're looking for your next beach house get away, look no further then 45 Seaview Ave!

We stayed mid-winter when the beach was quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect little getaway. We would love to come back and will absolutely keep this place in mind!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place! Lauren was super responsive and helpful throughout our (too short) stay. Perfect location and the house was amazing - had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and on our favorites list! Thanks so much for everything!

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

This was a great place to stay. Fireplace was great and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. The lake view was superb. Great rooms especially the upstairs master suite. I'm sure it's great in the summer too, but was a great winter home stay for us.
