Host was very reachable. Place was clean and maintained. Family of 4 with our pets fit and didn’t feel cramped. Worth the stay and easy to get to anywhere locally.

Great place to stay for the Masters.

Cathy was great to deal with. She was very prompt in her response to any question we had and extremely proactive in ensuring we were informed of all the information we needed for our stay. The house in located in a nice community and has easy access to all you need in the area.

Very well kept comfortable home. We would highly recommend.

A few small issues during our month stay were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for others looking for a convenient location near Columbia and Lexington SC

This place was very clean and we felt right at home during our stay! We enjoyed reading the guest book and had a good laugh at that. The kitchen is clean and stocked with pots, pans, plates and other utensils if you would like to cook during your stay! The neighborhood is quiet and we never felt unsafe once. We would definitely stay here again!

Brenda was such a pleasure, she was friendly, accommodating, attentive, and responsive. Overall the best host I have experienced so far. Her home was nothing short of amazing and absolutely beautiful. There was nothing that the house didn’t have. I will recommend her as a host and her home to anyone in need in the Columbia area. 5 stars is not enough !

Great place!

We didn’t want to leave…. Beautiful home…so comfortable and stylishly decorated… We were in town to visit our daughter for a sorority event. Her apartment was only a short walk from us. There were so many restaurants, boutiques and activities right outside our door. Staying in this beautiful felt like we were on vacation. The host was amazing and provided very clear instructions. Would definitely, and will hopefully stay here again!

I only take my time out and write a review when it’s more than worth it. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Came from out of state for a military graduation and Kim property felt right at home. Very quiet, friendly and clean property. Kim was very helpful and friendly. She was prompt with responding to my concern’s when needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again if I were to visit again!

We had a great stay. We wished the game worked but it’s was great for aesthetics. It was perfect as we had to go to Fort Jackson and it was only a few minutes out from everything we needed.

This a great diamond in the Columbia area. Very peaceful area, easy to find, GREAT HOST! She was so nice and gave great directions. My friends and I enjoyed the place and hope to return one day. Thank you so much for making this trip one to remember!

We had an incredible 2-night stay at Ruth’s place! Ruth and Mark were wonderful hosts, with excellent communication throughout. The place was spotless, had all the essentials, and offered stunning views. We made the most of our time by going fishing on a boat and renting a kayak. It was a perfect getaway, and we highly recommend it!

Towanda was a responsive host who made sure I was taken care of. The place was excellent. Would stay there again.

My month 4 week stay was a wonderful experience. Victoria was a very responsive and friendly host and the rental was perfect. The location allowed me a great deal of time to spend with my grandchildren while giving the availability of alone time. There was also plenty of room to have the family over for visits and meals. I am looking forward to doing it again.

The home was wonderful. I truly appreciate the extra touches, such as makeup wipes and toilet spray in each bathroom. It's the little things. There were plenty of extra linens; most places do not provide. She also left a few snacks as a welcome gift, and after a 13 hour drive with my boys, they really enjoyed that. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home while on such an important trip.

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

Very nice place

Great place! Was there for a couple weeks. Didn’t have any issues like the previous reviews. Train is not an issue, or bugs and parking.

We had a very nice stay! The area was great with many restaurants in walking distance from the rental. Condo was comfortable and quiet.
