This was our 3rd time staying here and will defiantly be looking forward to staying in the future !!! A+++ place and great people.

As promised, a rustic cabin. Everything was in working order, beautiful area. Well water was a negative but that was the only thing.

Beth has great communications and was involved with every aspect of the stay. The property was great for our kids. The were able to play in the creek and the woods behind the cabin. The location was exceptional and was priced accordingly. I would definitely recommend to stay at this cabin due to its rustic charm but beware of the hardwood floors as 2 kids got splinters, in their feet in the first 5 minutes there, all in all 5 stars

Entirely worth the stay! If in need of relief from your cabin fever, I highly recommend this cabin. Candice was so flexible, friendly, and very easy to reach during our stay. The wood stove was the icing on the cake during our trip with unforeseen snowy conditions. Not to mention the rain shower was so relaxing, even with small kids! My two year old had a blast under “the rain.” All the amenities were there as needed/wanted. Plus the spiral staircase is a showstopper from top to bottom. Highly recommend staying here for a cabin retreat!

We had a wonderful time at Beverly’s place in Leeper. I loved the pond so much. It was a nice private, peaceful stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend Beverley to anyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay for my partner and I, right in between endless trails for anyone seeking to get lost in nature!

My husband, parents and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect! The cabin is so cozy, with plenty of ‘fire’ options - wood fireplace, wood stove, outdoor fire table and outdoor fire ring. No matter the weather- you have an option! Bathroom is so spacious, and the bedrooms are placed on either side, so there’s a buffer allowing for some privacy. Front ‘mud room’ area was great since we had some rain. Could leave wet clothes, boots and shoes there so the cabin stayed clean and clutter free. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to explore the area, and we hope to be back soon! 😊

My wife and I had an excellent stay! We really needed to get away from the daily work grind and coming here made it very easy for us to do so. We got to relax, play board games, watch movies and cook a meal together. The rails to trails was very close to us and that made it easy to go on a peaceful hike. Our host were very kind flexible and generous. Thank you so much for such an excellent stay!

You will not find a more beautiful place in cook Forest! Perfect in every way! The host is right there if u need him, and the scenery was beyond expectation !
