Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

We cannot recommend staying here enough. From the ease of check in, the gorgeous location, the lovely host and not to mention the fact it’s dog friendly (Remmy had an absolute blast!). It is the perfect place for a quiet weekend away

We loved the cottage ,so clean and comfortable and the garden/stream /swing and animals were a real hit with the children. We were made to feel very welcome -homemade cake ,lovely coffee ,bread and eggs ,such a nice touch with Easter eggs for the kids . Thank you Tracey and Dave .

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

The Coach House was beautiful, stunning inside and out.. Private secluded hot tub.. A lot of information on local area and things to do.. Nice little breakfast treats left for us and some fresh flowers.. Definitely would recommend staying here for a get away.. Thank you Joy x

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely warm welcome by humans and dogs! The accommodation was perfect for our needs and it was great to be able to let our dogs explore the pretty and enclosed garden. We would definitely stay at The Chocolatehouse again if we were in the area.

What a wonderful place to stay, and what brilliant hosts! This is a perfect venue for people of all ages, I'm so glad we found it. They provided everything we needed with a toddler. High chair, travel cot, even a nappy bin! And from what I could tell they're set up for two infants as there were two high chairs and nappy bins in the pantry. The hosts provided food for feeding the alpacas and a book telling us all about them. This is clearly a really special place to the hosts and it felt a real privilege to be trusted with the space. The host was really responsive and thoughtful, lots of personal touches, including some local produce when we arrived. I would eagerly recommend this venue to anyone. Thank you Kathryn and family!

Not a lot to say really, it was fab! Great for the dogs, enclosed garden and plenty of space for them, plus it was lovely to be able to walk round the grounds of the property. Location was perfect, so peaceful, but within an easy drive to Monmouth. The house had absolutely everything one could need. Thank you Bob

What an absolutely perfect stay! This is, without doubt, the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. The apartment was just like home - great attention to detail with things like the quality bedding, books, well equipped kitchen, fabulous shower, biscuits, eggs, milk and butter that made us feel like we were at home the moment we arrived. As a garden lover, it was particularly special to be shown around by Rosemary, who clearly enjoys her craft and took time to explain how the garden came to be. John offered recommendations on where to visit, and was so accommodating when we were a bit late to check in - at night, too! They are the kindest of people, who didn't feel at all like strangers. An utterly stunning location with wonderful, peaceful surroundings which led to idyllic sleep! Thank you both, we will most definitely return!

Didi's place is well appointed and very comfortable with fab shower. great having two living spaces for options, location is good too! Loved how the morning sun streamed into the dining area. Gorgeous way to start the day! Only things to note if you have young children you plan to have in the twin room is that it is at the other end of the house to the master & 2nd bedroom, up a separate staircase which wasn't particularly an issue for us but I imagine for young kids that might pose a concern with not being near or being able to hear them if needed as they'd need to navigate a narrow staircase, go through three rooms and up another flight of stairs to find you. There is also a gap under the gate in the courtyard that any small or medium sized dog could (and ours did) go wandering off under, directly into the (albeit very quiet) road. It's not a reflection on Didi though, can't be helped due to lay of land, but worth noting for those bringing pets. None of this would stop us returning

Great place to stay for a trip to Bath! Great location, close to the city centre, easily accessible by Uber or bus! Beautiful home, perfect for a group of you staying, chilled environment, comfortable beds. Would 100% stay again!

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Lois and Paul were the perfect hosts and the eco house had a lovely vibe and home from home feel. The space worked really well for the four of us who could each have our own room/space to sleep. Lois left a generous amount of provisions that covered both breakfasts for us all! Use of their pool was an added bonus. The things we wanted to see were all walkable but we did do a lot of steps! Great memories made and would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. We had some well needed respite at Rosalind’s accommodation. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed! The breakfast was a lovely addition (in particular the fresh baked bread!). The family are very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend the accommodation particularly for a couple looking for some downtime!

We had a fantastic stay in the Brecon Beacons for the Easter holiday. Clare was a very welcoming host who provided easy to follow directions and a very hospitable welcome including fine cake and prosecco. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted with all the amenities described including gym and hot tub. The home is very well located for walking, it is even possible to walk to Pen y Fan directly from the house! A special thanks to her son-in-law T who was very helpful and enjoyable company!

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again
