Fantastic Flat, close to local facilities and great for a break away where you need to work from ‘home’ Really comfortable, clean and spotless, nice to see some essentials left in the cupboards too so you don’t have to run down to the (VERY) local shop as well. Would highly recommend - Host very helpful too and always responsive to questions.

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Rebecca and Scott were fantastic hosts. Their place was the perfect interim home for 3 weeks whilst we awaited getting our new house and have found it hard to say goodbye when we had to leave. They were so responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our long stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful location in Shere with so many walks on your doorstep! This was a great place to stay. So close to lovely restaurants, galleries, music venues. The flat is just lovely. Everything you need, and spotlessly clean. We were a bit cold the first late afternoon, but a quick message and were immediately reassured the heating was just coming on and it soon warmed up. the heating in the bedrooms could be manually turned up. Would go back in a heartbeat x

I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great place to stay , parking limited and tight. Very good location excellent pub the Dover Castle Great Chinese at the end of the road. will book again when working in Brighton . Only 1 big draw bag the big hill called cardiac Hill so steep !!!!!!

We had a brilliant time staying in Jane's beautiful home. It was comfortable, spacious and immaculate. It was also easy to get into the city centre, whilst allowing us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of amenities nearby and easy to find. Our host was extremely responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Would happily stay again!

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

We had a fabulous stay at Susan’s lovely flat. We were blessed with wonderful weather and able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views. The flat was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our first time in the area and there was so much to see and enjoy. Thank you

Patrick's place is very well located between the old and new towns and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Climbing the hill to get there is more than worth it. Beautifully presented flat equipped with everything you need. Very quiet and with comfortable beds. Great views to the sea and pier from the front, and the tiered rear garden backing onto the rock wall beneath the castle is quite special and means you are not overlooked either side. Patrick was a very friendly and helpful host. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night!
