Thank you for an amazing stay, Marc! Your home is amazing, and it was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. We had plenty of space for everyone and especially enjoyed hanging out on the upper level of the dock. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at Cody’s place. It was extremely well stocked with anything you may need. All the essentials were provided for you! And the kitchen had everything imaginable. The countertop ice maker came in super handy! Cody was very responsive and answered all our questions. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Memories were made that will last a lifetime!! Jessi’s Air bnb exceeded my expectations! The house its self was beautiful, and the inside was very well kept up! The back deck made the perfect lounging area, as well as the boat dock! We enjoyed lots of sunshine at the dock! Jessi’s communication was amazing, checking in on us, keeping up to date and her response time made questions answerable within minutes! The location of the house is 15 minutes from restaurants which made it very accessible! The house is perched back into a cove, which made it very peaceful and relaxing! I would highly recommend Jessi’s air bnb!

We loved it! So peaceful and relaxing listening birds and watching deers play near by. Enjoyed view and watching sunset, hot tub, movie theater and everything else. We were able to check-in a little early which was awesome! Mary Catherine is an amazing host who provided all needed info and was very proactive with responding to our messages. She left plenty snacks and necessities that any guest may need. Amazing place and location - Highly recommended! 🤩🤩🤩

We loved our stay! The house was pristine and had all the extras we might need: laundry detergent, extra toothbrushes & coffee. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat that greeted us. It was the perfect stay for our weekend touring Liberty University.

Great location and beautiful views of the lake. During the day we took advantage of the boat house/dock and in the evenings we relaxed outside by the fire pit. The house was very roomy with several places to entertain and relax. The property was close to several bars/restaurants and a grocery store. would highly recommend this property for a family vacation

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing weekend. This was a repeat stay, and everything was just as nice as the last time. Quick communication with Gwendolyn was appreciated, and everything we needed was available or offered.

We were only in town for the night, but the apartment was wonderful. In addition to having all the basics, there were wonderful extra touches such as mints near the bed and makeup wipes in the bathroom. The place had even we needed and more. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve been in. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. It's clear the owners take great care of the property. The location was fantastic, though the weather was poor during our visit. I can only imagine how beautiful it is on a sunny day. As vegetarians, we found local dining options limited, so we cooked most meals. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. The combination of cleanliness, accuracy, and a great location made for a perfect getaway. We'd happily return!

This was a wonderful stay. We were two adults with two toddlers and the setting was perfect. Plenty to do on the property. We really enjoyed the creek at the edge of the property and the cows coming over the hill each evening. We spent so much time outside! Short drive to Bedford where we found a lovely community park. There is also a winery just a 5 minute drive away with beautiful scenery and lots of animals to feed.

This was a trip I got for my parents (in their 50s) and they had a wonderful time despite the weather being less than ideal (super rainy). When they got home they were happy and excited to share the adventure. Even went as far as to say they saw a glimpse of what their retirement could look like. So, I highly recommend as a gift to someone who enjoys the peace and serenity of the outdoors with someone they love (or go with you and your loved one if you enjoy that stuff as well)

Our family had a wonderful time. it was inan area where we could travel to different areas and come back to relax and enjoy our family. so many new memories made.

Visiting from Virginia Beach with our daughters, one at JMU and one at Virginia Tech, and with family from PA.  The fall color was gorgeous!  Enjoyed the lantern ghost tour and October illumination of the Natural Bridge. We had lunch at Natty B's Cafe and visited Cave Mountain Lake where we saw lot's of wildlife.  We loved the fire pit and everything about this cabin.  You have done an amazing job creating the perfect weekend get away spot.  Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the porch listening to the birds and the cows. Walking through the orchards and feeding the goats and donkey was a great surprise. It was the perfect get away to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet. The recommendations given were perfect as well. We enjoyed dinner at Vito’s and lunch AND dinner at Woodruff’s Cafe & Pies! We will definitely will return!

The host is exceptional. Very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the time we spent in this rustic setting. The alpaca's we so gentle and fun to watch. For peaceful getaway this airbnb is perfect.

If you want to have a peaceful and relaxing getaway, then stay here! Beautiful and so quaint. Don't let the size fool you. You will have everything you need. It's just perfect! You feel like you're a world away and can just breathe the fresh air and relax. It's off of the Blue Ridge Parkway which was pretty cool. It's a short gravel road down (depending on which way you're coming). We have a suv, and had no problem getting there. I think a sedan could do it, just go slow and take your time. The house is exactly like the pictures, but better in person! The bunk room is really cool how they got three beds in such a small space. We did not use the bunk room, but I imagine, besides kiddos, a mid-sized adult could get in there too. The queen bed in the loft was very comfy and the space up there is just lovely! There is no tv, which I loved because my daughter and I were there to connect, and we did. The host was so kind and helpful, and communicated wonderfully. We'll definitely be back!
