Kelly’s home was absolutely perfect! She literally thought of everything for every guest, including the dog. The decor was homey and super cute, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Cooking was a breeze with the well stocked spice cabinet, which is always a plus in my book. The boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Biscuit loved his playtime in the yard! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, very clean with plenty of space for a family to relax. The location was a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to restaurants and businesses when needed. we will definitely choose them again.

We had an amazing in Forest! Our group of six adults had more than enough space to spread out and relax, and the home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom felt like its own retreat, and having 3.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus for a group our size. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the peaceful neighborhood made for a relaxing getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious place to unwind! The hosts were responsive and professional. I will always look to book their properties first when I travel to the area. Top Notch!

What a unique place! It served its purpose well. We felt safe & comfortable during our stay and have no complaints at all.

We loved our stay! The house was pristine and had all the extras we might need: laundry detergent, extra toothbrushes & coffee. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat that greeted us. It was the perfect stay for our weekend touring Liberty University.

Very nice home with modern amenities, close to Liberty College, so it was easy to meet up with my son. Very nice quiet neighborhood , will come back and stay here next time I come to Virginia. Thank you so much.

We had the perfect family getaway! The space was absolutely wonderful—clean, and so comfortable for our whole family. It had everything we needed, from cozy beds to a stocked kitchen. The kids loved it! The hosts were beyond welcoming and made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and memorable trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place. The a-frame style makes moving around the second floor interesting, but not bad. The spiral staircase was fine and I’m a tall guy so I had to be extra careful! We had a great time though. The House is about 4-5 minutes away from the Liberty U. campus

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying in this unit & was just as good this time as in 2022. Having grown up in Lynchburg in the 80s, downtown is much different than back then. This is a great location to stay to be near all that downtown Lynchburg has to offer now. Even though there are nice hotels downtown this is a much better option.

Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!" 

Loved it here! Super cozy & secluded but close to a lot of the main spots in Lynchburg! I bet it’s amazing in the summer!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Lynchburg! The location of the condo could not have been better! We parked our car and did not move it again until time to leave. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, hike the Blackwater Creek Trail, and to tour the beautiful city as first time visitors. We enjoyed the view from the balcony... the cobblestone street below, the James River, and even a guitarist playing soft tunes at The Glass House. The condo was nicely decorated and definitely had a feel of casual luxury. It was incredibly clean and just perfect in every way!

Location was great, we were able to walk to restaurants. Apartment looked like pictures. We loved the decor to match the period of the house. The only thing that I did not see mentioned in reviews was the noise. There are other tenants, this unit is on first floor. I would just get to sleep and hear doors slamming and people walking. At one point I thought someone was pounding on our door. But that's apartment living, I just thought it may help someone else. I forgot to mention the adorable ground hog in the backyard, it was fun to watch him as I drank my coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was on the beautiful lake. The screened in porch is a huge bonus. We had plenty of space for our bags and my son's toys. It was very kid friendly. They really thought of off the amenities you might need on vacation. We will definitely be back some day. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean. When i needed assistance, Stefan responded quickly. We were there to fish. We were able to put our boat in and had hook ups for the boat. We will go back! We were worried about leaving the boat in the slip but there was security making rounds during the night. Already talking about going back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

We had a great time. Beautiful location, great views and very comfortable and clean condo. Quiet. Easy parking and walkable surroundings. Jamie was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

Judy's place at Jib Pointe was beautiful! The place was clean, nicely decorated with an amazing view of the lake. This is our first visit during an off season and it was very peaceful. We walked the trails and visited the gym and indoor pool. I highly recommend staying at Judy's place.
