We chose tha property because it was our first time to the area and it was central to many places. This little red cottage is an older home, in a working class neighborhood. We felt safe and the yard gave us some nice privacy. Walking distance to the Railroad Square neighborhood for shopping and food. Easy access to freeway in all directions. Would recommend.

We had an excellent stay, and our family trip to Sonoma and Napa Valley was fabulous! We definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice place surrounded by beautiful trees and has really pretty sky lights. Place was clean and instructions given for check in were detailed and easy to follow. Griselda is very kind and easy to work with. We had an incident where the dishwasher stopped working and she had a repair person come in the next hour. Very responsive and kindly offered both late check out and early check in. Would recommend and stay here again!

A lovely forest getaway. Cozy and welcoming, with a beautiful view and fun amenities! We had a wonderful time sitting in the hot tub and gazing out at the redwoods, and playing a few rounds of ping pong (an unexpected treat). There were lovely hikes in the nearby area.

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Incredible, beautiful location. Stunning oceanfront views & experience. Home is cozy, bring your fire-building skills. Lisa was a true pleasure to interact with and very helpful at every turn. Very private and dog-friendly which we appreciated.

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Perfect place! Clean and comfortable. Good location. Linda was communicative and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home! Kate’s lovely studio cottage was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The studio is more spacious than expected and beautifully decorated! The bed was luxurious and everything was immaculate. The backyard where we had lunch our first day was whimsical and so peaceful. Kate left a giant binder full of detailed instructions, local restaurants, and things to do. They provided us bicycles to explore as well (although we ran out of time). So many lovely restaurants and wineries in the area. We enjoyed Sonoma Valley Trail Rides at a nearby winery and had a picnic after. We hit up a pub in the town square where they had an excellent live band performing. Very cute small town with lots of character! We left Sonoma feeling incredibly relaxed. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to visiting in the future!

Our stay couldn’t have been more wonderful. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was very peaceful, set amongst the trees. Short drive or walk to downtown Guerneville where there’s a bunch of shops and restaurants. The house was bigger than the photos make it look, plenty of space for us and our dog. Sonia was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

Donna's place is rural, private, and quiet which was a perfect retreat for me and my dog. It was also easy to get to a variety of great places including Petaluma, Sebastapol farmers market and the Barlow, several parks for hiking, Santa Rosa, and Bodega Bay. It's a beautiful location. Donna is an excellent host; responsive and helpful.

We've stayed here many times and we tell friends and family about it as well. It's perfect for one to two people, wonderfully located near downtown, close to restaurants and a great market but also quiet and removed from traffic or congestion. Additionally, the bed is amazingly comfortable, the hosts provide great coffee and the kitchen is completely outfitted if you're interested in staying in and cooking. This place is a find!! My only complaint is that the schedule fills up so quickly and it's sometimes hard to reserve.

We were looking for a place that was dog friendly, private and peaceful , in a scenic area and fun for our family of 4. Sweet Creek delivered. We wish we could have stayed longer but the one night we were there was special for our family and Cookie was a super gracious host. Thanks.

We had a great time at Renee's cottage. Beautiful location! It was cozy and we had just enough room for the two of us, our infant son (and his pack n' play), and our two dogs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. We would stay there again! : )

Cenas house is the perfect place to stay for your Sonoma/Napa get away. They have such a beautiful home and are great at making you feel right at home. The pool area is extremely peaceful and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner. 11/10 experience and we plan to be reoccurring guests in the future.

Our stay at this exquisite and luxurious home was simply divine. Its prime location afforded us effortless access to the renowned wineries and tasting rooms of Lasseter, Beltane, Imagery, Benzinger, and Tailsman. The convenience of a local grocery store, delightful restaurants, and a charming French bakery, all within walking distance, further enhanced our experience. The generously sized hot tub, impeccably clean and perfectly heated, provided blissful relaxation. The beautifully landscaped yard, complete with the soothing sounds of the creek, created a truly magical and restorative ambiance. Every detail of our visit was flawless, exceeding all expectations. We eagerly anticipate our return to this haven of tranquility.

This is a perfect location to stay in Sonoma. About a 1/2 hour stroll to downtown area offering many restaurants and wine tasting locations. Kathy was always available and provided excellent recommendations. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a full day of hiking in the area. The place was fully equipped and spotless, and was exactly as described. It was a great choice for us.

The most incredible home and location!! So far exceeded our expectations!! The setting was gorgeous and serene and perfectly located - short drive to amazing restaurants and vineyards!! We’re already searching for our next opportunity to visit this amazing property!! Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

As always this house absolutely never disappoints! I’ve stayed here lots of times with different groups and whether it’s a family trip or a ladies weekend, the space is clean and well appointed with plenty of room for everyone. The pool house is everyone’s favorite! The crew at Russian river Getaways is always attentive, though I rarely need to call them . They even offered us a late checkout which was so sweet. We’ll be back again and again!!

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

It was a great place. Really enjoyed the peaceful and ability to work and relax. Places to eat and get food were close by. Everything was easy to use. Really would come back if time permits.
