Mary is a great host; she was very responsive and did her very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is in a pristine location, and our family thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings and had a wonderful time. We would love to go back sometime in the future.

The place is located right on top of the hill with an amazing view over the mountain. We were lucky to get the sunny sky during our stay due to weather but I can only imagine how beautiful and calm it would be. The place is neat and caters for 5 people comfortably. Has everything you need to have a small and warm family or friend based gathering to relax and enjoy regional experience. The host was very nice, had a chance to speak with Pete who is lovely gentleman whilst respecting the guests privacy. Overall I would come back again and would recommend anyone to book this place if you want to have a calm and relaxing experience. We got to explore nearby region including Wilson Prom Wildlife and a few well known beaches.

A wonderful, well equipped Log cabin in a spectacular location, with lots to do in the area. Great support and advice from Rosie and Peter. We highly recommend the Buchan Log Cabins for a relaxing get-away.

I had the loveliest stay at Val and Andy's airbnb - it really is a lovely, comfortable place in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Val and Andy gave me somecgreat ideas of things to do and it really was the best equipped airbnb I've stayed in with so many extras. I would definitely recommend

We loved the wide open space & mountain views at Maryanne's place! Even though our booking was last minute, Maryanne ensured that everything was ready for us to check in, and enjoy the serenity of a weekend away. With the Erica pub just down the road, we had hearty meals and shared stories with friendly locals. A great place that you can kick back and relax, thank you Maryanne & family!

Absolutely beautiful place. Marvellous view and quite private. We really appreciated all the little touches; made breakfasts extraordinarily easy. Also a great coffee machine and lovely balcony!

Angela and Neil's location was sensational. The place oozed quality and cleanliness with a lot of space that was terrific for my wife and I to relax and unwind. There was so much accurate and useful information to do bushwalks or use a water taxi and how to use every appliance that was there, along with them having thought of every need of their guests. The welcoming was amazing with a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge. The surrounds were immaculate and we had an amazing walk around the property and just loved every moment of it. Truly enjoyed this so much and could not be more happy with the choice we made.

We had the most perfect weekend away at Felicias place. The place was exactly as the photos and how it was described. The cottage faced a paddock full of highland cows which was definitely a highlight. We are already wanting to come back. Could not recommend this place more

An absolutely stunning farm stay – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy firewood already set up to the chocolates and fresh lemons waiting in the fridge. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nerissa was a wonderful host – friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Thanks to Joe for sharing his gorgeous Farmhouse. A very peaceful and tranquil stay, the perfect weekend getaway for a family of 5 & dog. The house was clean and tidy, the rooms nicely made up. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Our Italian greyhound & kids loved the balcony and greeting the horses and cows in the morning. We saw many different native birds, visited the Tralalgon creek, which was suggested by Joe. We were lucky enough to have a hot weekend, so we even managed a swim! Highly recommend Joe’s Farmhouse ⭐️

We visited the barn as a family and had an absolutely wonderful time immersed in nature. The place is peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We loved all the little details the hosts provided—from fresh coffee beans and wood for the fire to fresh farm produce and a beautifully curated, aesthetically pleasing interior. It’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into creating this space. Communication with the hosts was seamless and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature in a cozy, stylish setting!

A fantastic property with so much to offer: beautiful styling, fantastic amenities (especially in the kitchen), extremely comfortable beds and linen, unbeatable location and scenery. The only regret is not staying longer - we stayed three nights as a group of 6 adults and one toddler and could have easily stayed a week. Highly recommend visiting in autumn or winter to make use of the fire pit and fireplace.

This was my second time staying there, so I knew I would love it. We ended up with the water-facing view which was even better this time. We brought all the food we'd need and Kristen generously provided homemade granola, crackers and bread throughout our three days (and we had a teenager with us). Perfect weather meant we could get up with the birds, enjoy the water, go off and enjoy the koalas on the other side of the island (not to mention the kangaroos all around the property), which made for great days. Drawbacks to keep in mind: bedrooms are up a steepish flight of stairs and the bathroom, while functional is small and awkward (it was clearly an add-on from a different era). These were not dealbreakers for us at all - and this was true in the other unit there, so I suspected it was similar and came back anyway. The splendid outweighs the inconvenient by a mile.

Nicky's place was an absolute dream. I stayed almost 6 weeks for work and it was the perfect home away from home. Nicky was so responsive and helpful whenever I had a question and offered to help when I needed a quick ride and pick up to and from the train station. The cottage is immaculate with everything you need to cook up a great meal. The surrounding property is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Absolutely fantastic, peaceful and tranquil, house had a nice ambiance and the kids loved it ,seeing cows ,kangaroos and rabbits in the morning and evening, and to watch the mist coming off the dams and rivers in the early morning is unreal, Jacqui congratulations, you have thought of everything to make it enjoyable and easy for the guests, and the quietness is unbelievable, thank you

Great stay at Deanne’s place. Incredibly responsive. Beautiful surroundings. 3 min drive to one of the best beaches in Victoria. Accommodation/rooms/lounge room all lovely and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

What an absolutely outstanding location! We have now stayed here twice and just WOW! Beautiful scenery, Beautiful home and fantastic hosts. Our family love visiting, our dogs have a ball and our toddler is in heaven. Cool In the heat and warm on the cooler nights. Thankyou Lily and Tyler for such an excellent weekender location.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at the Riverside House. Andrew met us on arrival and was very welcoming. The location and house are very special, we enjoyed being right next to the river with balmy autumn evenings enjoying the view from the deck. Can’t wait to go back!
