Formia : locations de villas de vacances

This is a gem! The house is super practical, and the proximity to the beach makes it a fantastic retreat with kids. We made many new friends at the public beach. Cornettis and cappucino in the morning at the cafe Ciao 90 (the kids were allowed in the backyard where they had an olive garden with hens, geese and turtles! Absolute treat). The pizzeria Minotti has brilliant pizza and fries (seafod less impressive), and the supermarket Sisa has your necessities. A car is nice for when you want specifics, but you can get by nicely by walking. The house has a parking space under a roof so the car is nice and cool in the morning. The local beach has beautiful sand, and a long shallow perfect for kids. As Norwegian travellers, we didn’t hear any other languages than Italian, so we presume it’s a bit of a local secret this area. We will definitely return to this little slice of heaven.

Giovanna y Antonio son INCREIBLES Anfitriones, super amables, dispuestos, discretos y siempre atentos a lo que necesites resolver. Cultos, amigables, fraternos y cariñosos, todo lo que puedes pedir de una persona esta en ellos. La casa y el lugar, UNICOS!!, una vista espectacular de los amaneceres y atardeceres, la vista desde la cocina, pero sobre todo desde el dormitorio SON ALUCINANTES!! Te sientes dueño del mundo viendo desde arriba la ciudad del Formia y la bahia. El gazebo en medio de los olivos te ofrece una vistas durante el dia y la noche con unas brisas hermosas y donde puedes hacer unas barbacoas a tu medida. Todo el entorno esta a un lado de la casa de los anfitriones, pero tiene ABSOLUTA privacidad y tanto Giovanna como Antonio, se encargan perfectamente de que esa privacidad se respete. Toda una experiencia el aceite de oliva que ellos mismos producen, los huevos frescos de sus gallinas, lo higos... si quieres vivir y sentirte como un Italiano más debes alojarte aqui!

Bella villetta con ampio giardino, situata all'interno di un comprensorio nel quale si accede tramite un cancello comune. La zona è tranquilla e non si sentono i rumori del traffico. Al nostro arrivo era tutto pulito e in ordine come dichiarato nell'annuncio. Unica nota negativa è stata la mancanza di coperte per la notte, che sarebbero state utili perché purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche giorno di cattivo tempo con relativo calo della temperatura. A parte questo siamo stati bene e ci torneremmo volentieri.

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! A fantastic house, with plenty of space inside and out, no more than 50m from a wonderful beach with numerous bars; all of it 10 minutes beach walk from the beautiful Sperlonga. A real find!

Una bellissima casa rustica di campagna, con tanto spazio intorno adatta a chi ha bambini. Abboamo fatto anche amicizia con qualche cagnolino e gattino della zona.Patio con tavolo e sedie per piacevoli cene, anche con barbecue. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Lavatrice. Parcheggio comodissimo. Essendo in campagna ci sono un po' di insetti ma ci sono le zanzariere e gli zampironi. Consiglio di sistemare il box doccia e di sostituire qualche asciugamano un po' "datato". Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

A wonderful apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Antonio is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need. I highly recommend it.

Alloggio grande, funzionale , arredato con gusto e munito di ogni confort. Il giardino, ben tenuto, ed attrezzato anche con un divanetto in muratura e di un ampio tavolo con ombrellone che consentono di poter mangiare all'aperto. La spiaggia è vicinissima e comoda. Il comprensorio tranquillo e ben tenuto. Servizi ( alimentari, negozi, ristoranti) sono poco distanti e sia Terracina che San Felice facilmente raggiungibilli. La signora Gaia è stata sin da subito molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutta l'assistenza di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Esperienza molto positiva. Spero di poter soggiornare nuovamente in questo alloggio e lo consiglio vivamente a chi vogli passare al mare tra San Felice e Terracina.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

La vacanza, dal 12 al 27 agosto 2024 è stata davvero piacevole e comoda nella casa di Giuseppe e Monica, persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. La casa grandissima, molto pulita, ordinata e soprattutto fresca grazie ai condizionatori, ha soddisfatto le esigenze di 3 bambini e 3 adulti. Praticamente è stato come essere a casa propria ma con maggiori spazi a disposizione. La spiaggia e il mare pulitissimi, ma da raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto. Sicuramente se ritorneremo in zona Fondi per le vacanze, vorremmo alloggiare da Giuseppe e Monica

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

The Airbnb was fantastic! We went as a family of 10 adults and there was more than enough room to accommodate us. Our host allowed us to check in a bit early as we arrived by train. I'd recommend a car though! We were greeted by Giulia, Ana, and Graziella, who were very gracious and sweet! They showed us the grounds and some rules as well as took us to the store to grab some food. We were very thankful for them! My mother mostly communicated with them as she knew the most Italian, and they helped us quite a bit. There were a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance as well! As for the Airbnb, there was so much to do! We had fun playing games, lounging, and playing by the beach. We were able to hold a cute ceremony and pictures with the 10 of us for my mom's Vow renewal, and they turned out so pretty! The showers were great as well! I only wish we stayed longer than 3 nights to fully enjoy everything! If you get the chance stay here!

We hadden een heerlijke week bij Paola in Formia. Het huis ligt op een lastig te bereiken plek, maar met een taxi prima te doen. Wij liepen dagelijks naar beneden en gingen met een taxi terug naar het huis. Het huis is lekker ruim. De airco’s op de slaapkamers doen het (gelukkig) heel goed. Het zwembad wordt perfect bijgehouden en is heerlijk om af te koelen. We hebben een boottocht langs de kust gemaakt (van 10 tot 18 uur) en dat was prachtig. Heerlijk ik zee gezwommen. We kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der Pool war wunderbar bei diesen heissen Tagen. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, daher würden wir empfehlen mit dem Auto zu kommen. Maurizio und die Nachbarn Augusto und Vincenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casa di Salvatore a Rio Claro con la mia famiglia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La casa è splendida e tranquilla, un vero rifugio perfetto per rilassarsi. Era estremamente pulita e ben curata, e c'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, rendendo facile e piacevole preparare i pasti. Inoltre, il giardino è un angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo potuto goderci il sole e i momenti di tranquillità. Un grande vantaggio della casa è la vicinanza al mare, che è bellissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. Con una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia ci siamo goduti il mare bandiera blu. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la loro accoglienza, ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli.

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)
