great little hidden him of a 2 double bedroom flat in the dead centre of Inverness with easy parking and all the shops, restaurants and bars close by with tourist activities near by. comfy cosy beds and lovely hot shower to waken you up before a Nespresso coffee to start the day. will visit again.!

We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Look no more! This is your place to stay in Inverness! Nice little place, fantastic for a day or two visiting the north. Douglas is a great host, being on top of things and communication with him was really easy. He also had some great recommendations for places to eat/drink and I'd recommend Utopia cafe. For the taller guests, maybe think about a different place because if you're above 185, the bed might be just a bit short. Overall, 10/10 experience and will come back.

Really lovely modern flat a short walk from the beach. The flat was very clean and well heated. Close to the pubs for something to eat and a 10 min drive to Tesco and Lidl. Had a lovely holiday here with my family, great flat!

Amazing weeks stay at Sheila’s place in Nairn. Stunning views of the Bandstand and beach, walking distant from the town centre and lots of local restaurants / pubs. Property was very clean, tidy and was beautifully presented on arrival. Property had all the amenities including dishes, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, and more, which were all very clean and to a high standard. The area in which the flat is situated is very safe and there is off street parking in a walled area for guests. Thoroughly enjoyable week at Sheila’s flat and will be looking to come back again in the future.

I really loved staying here. It was the perfect location and the apartment was very cozy. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Rose cottage is beautiful! Very spacious and quite large. The “cottage” must reflect the cozy courtyard. The bedrooms are huge. Several sitting areas. The kitchen has everything one would need. Great appliances. The construction is the quality one would find in a higher end home. The bathroom on the first floor was spectacular. The tub is glorious and so relaxing after long days spent biking the surrounding areas. The beds are super comfortable as well. Lots of closet space too. The outdoor seating was so nice to sit and enjoy some sun have coffee. I’ve had this home on my wishlist for years. I was a solo traveler and although I didn’t need all the space I’m thrilled I booked. The location cannot be matched either. The walk down the river is spectacular. Grocery literally down the street. Bakeries and coffee that were outstanding. The walk to the High Street is minutes away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

Great location and clean. Pubs and supermarket are on walkable distance. There is no parking, so you have to find and pay for street parking (there is one nearby which is free during the night).

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the horses next door, the lake was gorgeous and perfect to drink coffee by and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect getaway and Neil was amazing and responsive and even told us where some cool hidden places were! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic time at Ohma’s place Ardullie Farmhouse! She was very helpful giving us suggestions of lots of local places to visit during our stay. The accommodation was superb, Ideal for slightly larger groups- there were 11 of us. We particularly liked having the amazing dining space for family meals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely house in the highlands. Thanks Ohma!

The house was fantastic and so homely. We enjoyed the log burner, and even managed to sit outside on the lovely decking area. The secure outside area was great for our dog who quickly settled in. The house is in a great location and in easy walking distance to everything you need. The house is furnished to a high standard and was immaculate. We would definitely return the next time we visit Aviemore.

This is a warm, cosy, comfortable hideaway in a quiet street, not far from the attractions of Aviemore and the surrounding area. A very comfortable bed and clean, spacious kitchen were a pleasure to return to after long days out exploring. Fraser was very responsive and provides all the information needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. A nice view of the mountains from the window and perfectly dark skies to see the Northern Lights from the carpark at the back of the building were nice bonuses. We'd love to visit Aviemore again and would definitely stay here if available- the perfect weekend break, not far from but so very different to home.

Stayed for a few days here, everything was catered for and ideal location being walkable from town centre. Easey check in/check out and Barry was always easy to contact if needed. Would stay again mot a problem.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist super und Zentrumsnahe. Jill war sehr aufmerksam und hat immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our stay in Andrew’s flat was very good! Flat very clean, very close to city centre, and Andrew was very reactive for every questions we could have. We recommend!

Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We only stayed a couple of nights but it would be an ideal location for a longer stay too. The massive kitchen and dining area was the soul of our stay. We sat there and chatted around the massive table. The bedrooms were immaculate and the multitude of WCs meant no one was left dancing in the hall waiting for one to be free. The location is ideal too. It doesn’t get any more central. We really needed somewhere to base ourselves for our stay, somewhere we could retreat to and not feel like we were falling over each other and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a gem.
