Our stay was great. Very convenient to everything The unit was very well appointed and had everything we needed. It’s better than the photos. We will return again.

Although only a quick stopover, had a lovely stay. Accomodation very spacious, comfortable, close to town and felt we right at home. Maureen is a lovely host and obviously takes pride in what she does.

Great location and easy process. Would recommend.

The accommodation was as described and very clean. Location was perfect, being walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the beach. In a quiet area. Would stay there again.

Such a lovely Airbnb in an awesome spot near the beach & great cafes and restaurants. Kelly was a great host and the Airbnb was decorated really nice

We had a great few days at Tom and Lindy’s condo near Flynn beach. They were really helpful with local food recommendations which was great since we got in later than expected and didn’t want to cook. We also cooked there and it’s a great little kitchen! Great walkability to the beach and coastal walk, which we took all the way to town and back! We also walked to the Koala Sanctuary which was a great stop too. Lindy and Tom were very responsive, shared ideas of things to do with the kids when it was rainy (thanks to TC Alfred), and offered to have us stay longer, but unfortunately we had plans to see friends further south. Highly recommend this great condo! It’s cozy and Lindy and Tom are helpful and proactive hosts!

Boomers was the perfect home and location to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The massive deck with beautiful views was an extension from the kitchen/living area. A quick walk down to the beach too. Tony was very helpful and communicative and the place had all the basic necessities, even though you bring your own linen, tea towels and bath towels ect it is worth it to make it an affordable stay for all. Many special memories were made.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The place was clean, well-organized, and perfectly suited for our two families. Everything we needed was provided, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

We loved the Redhead Beach house. It was in a great location and easy walking distance to the beach. The house was very spacious, luxurious and full of light. It was a rainy weekend but it had plenty of games as well as a great games room in the garage. The veranda gave us a lovely view to the sea and was a pleasant spot to relax and chat. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and Natalie and Collin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating about this. My family felt very welcome and had a lovely stay.

Das Haus ist super schön! Toll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und bietet sehr viel Platz für die Gäste. Es gibt mehrere Wohnzimmer, Balkone und Essbereiche, sodass genug Platz für alle da ist. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super (auch Spielplatz und Cafe direkt vor der Tür). Die Straße vor dem Hause ist etwas befahren, sodass es nicht ganz ruhig ist, wenn man auf dem vorderen Balkon sitzt. Aber der Meerblick ist trotzdem sehr schön und die 2 hinteren Außenbereiche sind sehr ruhig und schön! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Awesome spot

We loved our stay here, fantastic pool, short walk to the beach with a lovely cafe. Shops and coffee cart also nearby, with lots of other activities in the area too. We also appreciated the extra thoughtful gestures from Jaymie our host too! Great host and house.

Lyn's place was lovely, it was in a great location with the ferry close to travel to Newcastle. The house was very tidy with great amenities, kitchen, BBQ & beds. Lyn offered us local information & was very accommodating with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for something in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place and were blown away by the property, location and of course the view. Check in was a breeze and all instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again :)

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

Perfect little place for a quick getaway for 2! The accom was beautiful and super clean and the beach entry was just at the end of the road. Great location and very convenient! Hope to come back and stay again ☺️

We had an AMAZING stay at Dave and Beth’s place!! Not only was the location perfect for us - directly across the street from Flynn’s Beach - but the apartment had everything we’re needed, and more! From the bottle of wine and the coffee they had left for us on our arrival, to the drinking chocolate and the variety of teas in the pantry, it was clear they really cared about making their guests feel right at home. They even made sure we knew where the First Aid Kit and the fire extinguisher was prior to our arrival. It’s those little details that make us know that really care : ) Thanks Dave and Beth for an unforgettable stay!!

Bill’s house was absolutely amazing. The views were just breathtaking and the house itself was very cozy and delightful for cooking and sharing meals. Bill was also an amazing host and made us feel at home. Highly highly recommend.

Leah and Mark’s apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Shoal Bay, with everything you need just steps away—restaurants, cafés (ideal for your morning coffee and cake), IGA supermarket, newsagent, chemist, ice cream shop and Aussie Bob’s Fish and Chips just around the corner. One of the highlights is the private balcony with stunning views over the bay—a perfect spot to sit back, relax and soak it all in. Mark was polite, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a spa and a super comfortable king-size bed. Our stay at “The View” was truly enjoyable and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we highly recommend both the apartment and the wonderful hosts, Leah and Mark.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew & Gregg’s. The condo was immaculately clean with comfortable bed, quality linen and it was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our stay. They went above and beyond when I alerted them to the fact that I may have misplaced my engagement ring, which I thankfully found. The homemade cookies and handwritten note to welcome us was a lovely, thoughtful touch and I would most definitely recommend a stay at this fabulous Air BnB. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely incredible views! I’ve recommend this place to friends and family, very clean and can not fault it at all. Grant was a pleasure to deal with! definitely would book again 🙂
