Thank you Ned and Simone for your lovely hospitality. You have a beautiful place that fit us all perfectly and the view is absolutely stunning. Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

Great stay with clean spacious rooms, top-notch amenities and peaceful area. Thank you so much for our host Finbarr to provide us with lots of ingredients in the kitchen including in the pantry rice and pasta, frozen fruits in the freezer for smoothies, coffee machine just to name a few. Very helpful ingredients especially during wet and raining during our short stay. Highly recommended.

We just finished a 4 night stay at this place and it was lovely. There is a simplicity to low tech and low overhead living which is what this is about. Leave the windows open and live among the space. This is a summer haven. Close to the beach and countryside. The beach is a 2 mins drive up the drivewayt and across the road. The town is 10 mins away. That distance is perfect because the town is nuts. There are people everywhere. Each time I got back to the property I felt releived to be away from the crowds again. Gudrun and her partner are absolutely lovely people and impeccable hosts. They were super helpful and you can see that this place will just keep getting better. Thx

The home was lovely. Really spacious for what we needed. The location couldn't have been better for us as we brought our dog and there's a dog friendly beach about 2 minutes away. The bedrooms are well spread out and the kitchen is functional. But the best part was communication from the host which was both prompt and helpful.

Once again we had a blissful, faultless stay at Mark and Tracie’s beautiful Airbnb in Mullaway. This is our 3rd time back here. The accommodation couldn’t have been more relaxing or comfortable. We especially love the light, spacious and airy lounge, kitchen and dining room which looks out onto a lush, private tropical garden and back deck. Other highlights were our warm, friendly and generous hosts, a 2 min walk to a quiet beach and being able to hear the ocean at night! This place is an absolute gem which we thoroughly recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Joanna’s place! The kitchen was well-stocked and the food left for us was much appreciated! It was very comfortable staying there and handy having one bathroom per bedroom. Sadly it was raining whilst we were staying so we couldn’t really make the most of the beach but it was literally a minutes walk away- across the road! We loved the outdoor area which was partly still undercover in rainy weather. Thanks Joanna.

Peaceful spot to stay and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation was lovely and very comfortable. The spa bath was very relaxing and a highlight of our stay. Caterina has thoughtfully equipped the unit with special touches and generously supplied lots of tea, coffee and snacks (popcorn, lollies, chips, crackers, soft drinks... ) Also, the unit is supplied with plenty of amenities that were required for our stay. Hope to be back soon and thank you Caterina.

Lovely villa in beautiful, tropical and quiet surrounds. Close to the pool and beach access. Villa was equiped with everything I needed and more. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Beautiful house, great spot! Kids loved it as did we.

Excellent communication from owners . Cute and cosy and clean. Quality fittings, fixtures and manchester. No cooking facilities but microwave oven and plenty of cutlery and assorted drinkware. Plenty of powerpoints and some with USB outlets. No Netflix but wifi available. A shame building site up the road has put up wire fencing around backyard, but still a nice outlook and lovely birds around including a beautiful black cockatoo. Lovely table/chair setting area and huge swimming pool in lovely garden setting. Handy to all shops via a short drive and the gorgeous beaches . Old Trial Bay Gaol just up the road. Dallas and Jackie happy to help in any way without being intrusive. Definitely a quiet peaceful stay for a couple or single person and i would certainly return.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and quiet weekend away. It was spacious, modern and clean. Brett & Jess were very helpful and even offered us a late checkout which was really appreciated. Recommend!

We had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whole family went crazy at the super modernised heated pool. Kids didn’t want to go anywhere and always looked forward to come back home during our stay. Such a serene place to stay and same as described by our beautiful host Skye. Host was proactive and detailed in providing instructions. Stunning views, the mighty sounds of the waves truly mesmerised us. Would 100% recommend to all. Only thing is it didn’t have air conditioner , but i am sure host will get it soon as the house gets extremely hot during the day but at night and early morning it was pleasantly breezy and a lot cooler.

We have a wonderful stay in Diggers beach. The house is more impressive than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and well equiped . Jane and John were perfect hosts and were so responsive. Thank you and hope to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lachlan’s. The place was spacious and clean. All the shops and cafes/restaurants are a short walk. We were able to check in early which was very appreciated after a 6 hour drive. Would stay here again when visiting Sawtell.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wattle Street Beach House in Sawtell! The house is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, ideal for couples or small groups. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was such a peaceful way to start the day. You really can’t beat the location—just steps from the beach and only a short, scenic stroll to the charming Sawtell village with its cafes, boutiques, and restaurants. Even with rainy weather, the house was a cozy and relaxing retreat. Highly recommend the Wattle Street Beach House

Nice and clean townhouse. Short walk to the beach and cafe. The host is friendly and had good communication.

After more than 100 AirBnB stays in 14 years, this might be my favorite. It is right across the street from one of Australia's best longboard point breaks. The great deck has ocean and sunset views. But what made this one outstanding were the amenities. It's the little thoughtful touches that make an AirBnB feel like home. Like a legit espresso machine with espresso cups AND a knock box so you can empty the grounds from the filter holder, nobody has that in an Airbnb. And beach towels with plenty of racks to hang them to dry. The surfboard storage had artificial grass, so you don't ding your boards. There were books and board games. There was also plenty of room for everyone to sit on the deck and relax or eat, with comfy cushions for the furniture. The hosts even offered to let us arrive early and leave a bit later without us having to ask, which made our trip less stressful. The ratings are real. This place is a delight, and we will be back - for longer next time.
