Such a great place! The apartment is an add on on the left side of the house with a shared wall with the main house. Pros -very quiet! I barely heard any noise and Brian even had some family visiting while I was there. I do video calls for work and I’m sure no one could hear anything, so I’d definitely recommend for any business travelers or those who like peace and quiet. -tons of natural light -spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom & closet -Brian is very responsive. I told him about an issue with the coffee pot and he replaced it right away with a brand new one. He also provided me with a number of other items right away as well. -the neighborhood is gorgeous! Lots of trees, birds & deer. I counted at least 10 deer each walk I made at dusk. It was very peaceful being in nature! Seemed very quiet & safe. Beautiful spring flowers. And you can see the stars very well on a Clear night : ) -great location - Chik fil a 5 minutes away, sprouts close by & close to other restaurants. Easy access to Suwanee, Duluth, johns creek -wonderful outdoor areas - front porch with rocking chairs, back patio & pool area with plenty of seating & tables -driveway Parking -all the amenities of a home! Stove, fridge, laundry, large shower (5x5 or so) with a bench Cons -Not the best set up if you like to watch tv - although you could move the couch or tv stand I think. They’re at a 90 degree angle is all. -Small hair dryer - it was fine for my short hair but probably not so good if you have longer hair. I didn’t ask but maybe Brian would provide a different one if needed. -Some dishes were dirty. I just ran them through the dish washer so not a big deal.

We were in town to spend time with family and this lovely place was perfect. Host was very accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. 2 bedrooms were large enough for our travel suitcases and the kitchen was well equipped. If you are in the area we highly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

I cannot give this place enough praise and love! The apartment is set in the country with pastures, a pond and a gaggle of geese. This place is absolutely pet friendly! It seems no matter what kind of pet, there were stables available as well. I travelled for the first time with my two kitties and we felt very welcomed with them, even shared pet pictures. The resident dog is a sweetie too. This is the cleanest and best planned ABnb I’ve been to. The owners have paid attention to every small detail to make they stay here perfect: coffee maker and coffee, water bottles in the fridge, all kinds of kitchen appliances, a first aid kit, shampoo and bathroom necessities, and a small office. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, I will be looking into getting one for myself! I am so thrilled to know about this place and will be returning to visit nearby family more often! Definitely 11 out 5 stars!!!!

First time in the area, visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. This house was a great choice for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), very comfortable and clean, no complaints. I'm glad the owner provided a map, which was very helpful once getting there, since Google Maps will take you to the wrong access. Highly recommend this place.

Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

It’s a beautiful house on the lake, peaceful beautiful surroundings. Spacious home for the kiddos to run around. Good communication and so glad Tan went out of his way and got our clothes that was left behind. Great location as well. We enjoyed it with our big family .

Year #3 at our favorite weekend getaway! We stay at The Penny House every year around Christmas. The location is so perfect for both the Dawsonville Outlets and all the resturants and shopping in Cumming. At the same time its in a private little area where you wouldnt even realize you are so close to everything. We love knowing that this rental is already stocked with our favorite drinks, candy, and ice cream. The added sound system this year was awesome and made watching movies that much better. Can't wait to visit again next year!

We enjoyed the property and the house. The upstairs steps are a little steep but as long as you are careful going up it was fine. The view of the lake was amazing and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There were 10 of us and never felt crowed.

Uday is a great Host. He welcomed us at the property when we arrived. He is friendly and helpful with providing information about the surrounding restaurants, groceries and other amenities. The house is old (built in late fifties) but one bath and some part of the house is renovated. As the other reviwer mentioned, laundry is in the basement and there is steep stairs to get there. The house sits on a very large lot with large trees but it gives a nice tranquil feeling. If you are nature lover you will love the place since during our stay, we were visited by deer families came to eat grass in the backyard and as well you will see many varieties of birds. Easy check-in and check-out. We would rent again in the future if we need to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house perfectly met our family’s needs, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The large backyard was great for outdoor fun, while the dining area and spacious living room made mealtime and relaxation easy. The bedrooms were awesome, with multiple options that gave us plenty of space to spread out. A standout feature was the video game arcade upstairs, featuring a vintage Pac-Man machine with over 200 classic arcade games—such a fun touch! The play area for children was also fantastic, with a wide variety of toys suited for both toddlers and young kids, making it perfect for our little ones. Overall, this home was ideal for our family getaway—great space, thoughtful amenities, and a memorable experience. We’d highly recommend it!

The home was immaculate, perfectly described, and nicely furnished. Check in and check out were easy. My son, 3 of his friends, and I all had a fantastic time. They spent their days on the paddle boards, fishing, and down in the basement. I spent my time reading on the amazing back porch snuggled in the hammock chair. 5 Stars!!

Ashley was very responsive and accommodating to our needs . the place was clean and her instructions were spot on . 15 mins from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport . the Cumberland Mall is fine minutes away . Great food options near bye as well .

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

What a wonderful, clean, cozy, homey, safe space for my husband and I to spend a week in. From a well stocked kitchen that we cooked in, to the comfy bed and couch, and the lovely amenities like the massage chair and access to the gym, this space was perfect for an extended stay! The hosts were very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend and if in town again wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!
