Stayed at Essandoh's place for around a month while searching for a longer-term place in Winston-Salem. This is a nice spot to do the same! I was able to work from home while here which was very important. The in-unit washer and dryer made laundry incredibly easy. The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils and dishes I needed. The parking lot in the back made it easy to always find a spot and it was very nice to be able to park off the street. Essandoh was always very quick to reply!

The home was very clean and fresh upon both arrivals the door code was always as stated and the neighborhood is very quiet and (Just) Outside of the city you can be in town within 5 minutes. The host are very responsive and gave very clear directions for getting inside and finding everything.

we had a great stay! the apartment was very comfortable and cozy, air hockey table was fun, and it was a convenient location. the space was so cool, stylish, and made us feel right at home. we would stay again for sure! thanks y'all

Great for a large group or gathering. Much bigger than it looked on the site. Jeff was Very responsive about check in and any questions that we had. It’s in a restaurant area with some nightclubs but this place seems soundproof. You can’t even hear people in other rooms of the house. The kitchen is large with plenty of seating for dining. We did take out the nights that we stayed and it was perfect for our group. The patio upstairs is also nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my seven-day stay at Emiliya's cozy apartment and highly recommend it! This cute and comfortable space was exactly as pictured in the photos, and I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to rest and enjoy the day. The location was also a big plus, with a great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Emiliya was an excellent host, providing outstanding communication throughout my stay. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor made me feel very welcome. Overall, this apartment was a fantastic value and contributed greatly to my enjoyable trip.

Cute place right in washington park, close to everything . Fresh coffee beans are a nice touch. Apartment was easy to get into. Will stay again. ❤️

My partner and I had a great time at Mindy’s place. It was looked just like the pictures but it was even better in person. The area is so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature, so if you’re into that then this place just right for you.

I had the opportunity to stay at Denis’s apartment in Winston-Salem. The location was absolutely outstanding. Very close to central, and overall a good location to settle down and relax. I can highly recommend🙂

Great spot!! Would stay again in a heart beat. It’s a duplex, and I stayed in unit B, which I think it’s better than unit A cuz it has a back porch yard and lil courtyard. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The place was immaculately clean, new, a lot of thought and care went into this airbnb, great full kitchen with laundry. Overall perfect place and host was super flexible if I needed to check out early. 💯

me and my boyfriend stayed here for a family trip, Gina was very kind and welcoming under such short notice! the place was very cozy and the master tub was awesome!

This space was extremely comfortable for just two nights but I could have easily stayed for two months. Very nice apartment in a great part of Winston-Salem just a few minutes walk from downtown. I felt right at home and the location was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay that has all the necessities that you would need, plus perks like a washer and dryer and other kitchen gadgets if you need those as well. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, which is a plus. The space was much bigger than expected. The two bedrooms are very large and so is the living room area. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get the chance to hang out on the porch or terrace. The view from the kitchen is really nice and I watched the birds in the morning. It’s conveniently located to anything you would want to get to downtown or on nearby university campuses.

The perfect place to stay during my quick trip to Winston Salem! It had everything that I needed to be comfortable for the weekend. The place was clean and quiet.

We were in town for a swim meet at the GAC. Barbara’s place was perfect! Very quiet environment for great rest and well stocked kitchen with everything that we needed for a week of cooking heathy meals AND she had fresh herbs growing on her deck that she said were available for us to snip and use! Parking on the street was super easy and convenient. Would highly recommended!
