Our stay at Nancy’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, Nancy was incredibly communicative and friendly, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our stay was the private beach—having such easy access to the water was a dream. We loved taking the kayaks out in the morning, paddling along the calm waters while soaking in the breathtaking landscape. The entire property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, the home was just as wonderful. Large windows filled the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The morning was especially delightful as we enjoyed breakfast bathed in sunshine, with serene views right outside. It was the perfect way to start the day! We can’t wait to come back!

The location, the view, the outdoor sitting area, the hike to the beach, and the hike around the huge property were all wonderful and we'd go there again. It was isolated, a long ways from any other home, and far off the highway for silent peace with just the sound of the waves. The home was unique and we'd stay there again!

This was our second visit and we will always come back when visiting Mendocino. We appreciate the solitude and beauty! A very positive experience.

Brenda and Butch were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The property is beautiful and better than imagined. Spent lots of time relaxing, floating and swimming at the river. (Chevy Silverado 4x4 made the river access very easy.) We also loved fishing for bass in Brenda’s pond! The cabin had all the essentials. We were able to make wonderful meals on the bbq with a breathtaking view. A bald eagle frequented the valley and we held hope to see a bear, but only saw tracks. We really enjoyed our stay at Carley Ranch and we’ll be back! Thanks Brenda and Butch!

This was a beautiful spot and easy to navigate. We were specifically looking for a place with as few steps as possible due to mobility struggles with my mother-in-law. We were so fortunate to find this place without steps, including to the front door. We were all very comfortable in the home and enjoyed that we had an ocean view from every comfortable place to be. It was a treat to cook and prep food while being able to stare out at the vast horizon and hear the ocean waves. The kitchen was well stocked and the knives were perfectly sharp. There were a variety of books about the area, cookbooks to thumb through, and games and puzzles. It was the perfect way to spend a few days of peace.

Loved our stay and the house was fantastic, the couches and chairs in the common areas were very uncomfortable and I wish there was an outdoor relaxing/ eating space. The views and beach access were amazing.

Wendy’s place is absolutely spectacular. It was a well needed private & quiet time with a private lake among vineyards! We have started planning when to come back here again as soon as we stepped in. Wendy is also such an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help plan for my wife’s birthday. I can’t recommend this property enough! You must experience it!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

This place is absolutely stunning!! Both the home and the location. We were back for our second visit to Kevin’s place and will absolutely be back again. The attention to detail in the home is fantastic. From the comfortable linens, and deliciously scented bath products to the well appointed kitchen, this place has everything you need to make your stay elegant, comfortable and peaceful. My favorites…sipping a delicious cup of morning french press in the stunning picture window and listening to the waves from the master bedroom at bedtime. Sunset watching with your favorite glass of wine is just steps away from this beautiful condo and never disappoints. Close proximity to the Lodge makes this location walkable to delicious dinner reservations with sunset views (if you time it right). Repeatedly, Kevin has been a phenomenal host. Welcoming, proactive, informative, and responsive. Greatly appreciate a trusted host during our stays! We’ll be back again (and again..

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Ranch home! The location was amazing, with fantastic views of the ocean, and the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were very nice. We enjoyed walking along the ocean and especially liked seeing the Harbor seals. Even though it rained some of the time we were there, we still had a great visit because the home was so well laid out and full of games and excellent views. We would definitely stay there again.

Cindi's place is dreamy. I've never stayed anywhere with the caliber of views-- sweeping and dramatic -- of the ocean, with easy access to trails. A wonderful experience start to finish and we'd love to come back soon. Thank you so much for sharing your magical home with us, Heather & Judson

Absolutely gorgeous home! The location was perfect — just a few minute walk down to the ocean, so peaceful and so beautiful. The home had everything we could need and was perfectly set up. Nate was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We felt right at home, it was so comfortable and stunning. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Had a wonderful stay at Willa and Craig's home. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out. The loft was a hit with our five year old. Location is great, roughly five minute drive to Gualala and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Rose and Julia's place was perfect for our long weekend in the Mendocino area. The place was spacious, clean and well stocked. The scenery is beautiful with lots of nice walks. They were very responsive when we reached out to them. We would definitely stay here again!

Hollys Meadow is beyond compare…absolutely magical! Our extended family of 9 bonded with the unique experiences of fishing in the private alcove of beach, bonfires, and roaming and relaxing in the extensive and beautifully landscaped grounds! The house is great for a group, offering a great layout for privacy in baths and bedrooms,, and gathering areas. We loved cooking in the open kitchen with the huge island prep area with seating for easy community The house is immaculate, excellently stocked for dinner preps and serving options. The bedding is comfy and the laundry room appreciated There are no words to express our gratitude to Holly for offering this beautiful venue. Our family made many cherished memories at her amazing place! We will definitely seek Hollys Meadow for our next trip to Ft Bragg!

Such a beautiful getaway spot! Secluded and peaceful. Really cool to have hiking trails right on the property. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the town down the road. Nikki and Ean were very responsive and accommodating as hosts. Highly recommend this spot for couples looking to spend some quality time in nature!

The best centralized location for Mendocino, Fort Bragg and Casper. We were able to see all major attractions all with coming back for meals and being able to relax. The best beds I have ever had in an Air BnB.

From my mother who stayed here with my family for my wedding at Switzer Farm: “Westport is a lovely little town and Westport landing did not disappoint. It is a wonderful home that you can tell is loved by its owners. We loved waking up listening to the ocean and the views were breathtaking. There is everything you need in this home. Fully equipped kitchen, toys , puzzles and activities for kids. There is even a piano for those of you that play. We didn’t spend a lot of time exploring the outdoors because we were there for a wedding but I’m sure that would be fabulous. We did enjoy watching the cute family of foxes living behind the home that visited us on a daily basis. Our 4 year old granddaughter commented on the way out how much she would miss them. Magical home and magical wedding. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.”

The location was fantastic. The views were amazing. We felt very comfortable and had a relaxing time at the property. Victoria was a great communicator and was quick if we needed anything. Fantastic place and cannot recommend it higher!

this was the perfect peaceful weekend getaway! not only was the house equipped with everything for any kind of home made meal, it was very clean and modern in a beautiful location! you cannot beat the view. bruce was extremely helpful and kind! highly recommend booking this hidden gem!!
