I love the City Park area in Fort Collins and it was such a great location. Warm, clean house, and friendly host.

I'm in the middle of moving and have pets. the hotel room we had flooded and they didn't have any other rooms. I reserved this Airbnb and Chona replied quickly, approving my stay. the house is older, but perfect. the backyard is incredible and perfect for my pups. the bed was very comfortable. The Internet speeds were good enough I even got some gaming time in 😁 Chona was so kind and helpful, even leaving me some fresh fruit and groceries. thank you, Chona! I truly appreciate you!

Great Host, great room! Had a great stay with Ann and loved the room/location. Just a quick ride into town but also get the country feel with few neighbors and great star gazing. Can’t go wrong with this ABnB!

Jan & Mike have truly created a charming Colorado retreat. The place is beautiful inside and out and they are such welcoming hosts. We had the best time and felt so at home.

Diana’s place was perfect for our trip to Fort Collins. Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever been to. Her third floor space had everything we needed, was so comfortable and clean that we felt right at home. Diana and her husband went above and beyond making us comfortable. They baked fresh cookies at arrival and also made us a hot breakfast each morning. They were so kind and welcoming. The home and neighborhood was very safe and very close to restaurants, hiking paths, and things to do. We will definitely stay again!

We had great time at Kathryn and Augie’s Airbnb! They are such a warm, sweet couple who made us feel right at home. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a cozy vibe that instantly puts you at ease. We enjoyed lots of snacks, brownies, and coffee. Everything was super comfortable, and their local tips really helped us enjoy our trip. Huge thanks to Kathryn and Augie for making our stay so special! We plan to stay there in our next visit to Colorado. Highly recommend!!!!

Karen is awesome and the space was great. I have stayed in a few Air BnB’s, I have never been disappointed but always thought a few things that could have made it better. This is not true with Karen, she thought of everything! She was so accommodating and thoughtful with our schedule and made us feel right at home. If you have the opportunity or need to stay in or around Fort Collins you will not be disappointed booking with Karen.

Karen's place is excellent for a Fort Collins Bed and Breakfast getaway! Karen made us feel right at home and she was so gracious even though we arrived late in the evening. She is a great communicator and no need was left unmet. She was so kind as to provide breakfast in the morning, which was so yummy! Staying at her place was a perfect, where she was always available, but she also respected our privacy. Her place is so homey and we were so comfy, cozy while at her place.
