We absolutely loved our stay! It was beautiful by the river! We have two kids and the four of us just loved walking around the property, using the hot tub, and cozying up by the easy-to operate fire pit. The town of Lyons has a couple of cute shops and brewery/restaurants to eat. We door dashed groceries from Safeway for our bigger items. Heidi was very quick to respond to my requests and accommodated a couple of requests we made during our stay. Would love to come back!

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in a while. The cabin was super clean and cozy upon walking in. Perfect size for 2 people and a toddler. We really enjoyed the creek across the way, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Our host Heidi, went above and beyond to communicate with us and make things comfortable. We love the town of Lyons and are already planning our next stay here!

Heidi was very responsive and proactive with following up on any needs we may have and checking in to ensure a pleasant stay. We loved the amenities and had everything we needed. Very cozy and inviting. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a quick, but pleasant stay at this cabin. Wish we could’ve had more time! Everything was as stated. It was a little hard to find in the dark, but she gave clear instructions that were very helpful!

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

We’ve been traveling for the last 10 or 11 days and we were headed back to our ranch in Mexico from South Dakota and I decided to stop in Colorado and I wanted a cabin right next to a river for my dogs. It was a great place clean the surroundings were nice. The river was great. Great Wi-Fi. I used my streaming services and that was great and the host. Heidi was always responsive if I’m ever back that way again I will stay there.

Had an amazing anniversary weekend. We enjoyed the amenities of the cabin for the first day during a light snow storm. The next day we explored in town with our pup and then came back and enjoyed the fantastic fire pit. Nice spacious yard for our pup with great views. We can't wait to try the cabin out in the Spring/Summer. Heidi was an amazing host and extremely helpful!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. I was very surprised with how clean the cabin was. I expected it to be clean, but it was cleaner than any hotel or Airbnb that I have stayed at before. You could eat off the floors. They definitely keep up with everything in the cabin. You couldn't even hear a squeak in the wood floor. The host was not only responsive every time I reached out but very fast at responding. RMNP was minutes from the cabin which was nice. Very close to town for shopping and eating. I highly recommend this cabin. The only thing I think that could be updated is the mattress. It was quite firm for my liking. Other than that everything was PERFECT!!!! Loved our stay!

The morning coffee on the front porch was unforgettable! It snowed and we were still so cozy in this beautiful cabin! It was beautiful inside and out!

Beautiful scenery. Place was warm, clean and easy to find with institutions. A peaceful 15-20 min drive from Estes. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany was a fantastic host and was so flexible with us. We booked last minute and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. The space is cozy, clean, and not too far from some great hiking trails. The bar right next door “Rigbys” is absolutely worth stopping in for a meal or drink. I highly recommend.

We loved the cabin! So cute and clean, just the perfect place for a quick stop on our trip! Christopher is doing a fantastic job!

The birch cabin was cozy and comfortable. Heidi was very responsive and friendly. It was great to get to use the snowshoes during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.

It’s simple, just choose this home for your stay. It was comfortable from the moment we arrived. Which on this trip was of great importance for us. The house is thoughtfully put together. The kitchen was more than fully equipped. The views on the drive up were awesome including herds of deer and turkeys greeted us as we pulled in the driveway.

Had a great and cozy stay here for only a short night -- the cabin looks small from the outside but is actually quite spacious. It has everything you would need to enjoy a night in Livermore, plus it's right behind Rigby's, a pretty great restaurant and local hangout.

So booked 2 night stay, it was perfect. Owners left clear instructions which i like and the stream out front followed owners instructions on where to go and got to sit and watch the trout. Was close to estes park and a beautiful drive. Tvs being roku tvs were a huge plus for night time. Hot tub was a perfect 103 degrees. Definitely will book again when in the area perfect amount of away from people but yet close to towns
