This location was perfect for our stay in Colorado. Meet our expectations.

We had such an amazing time at this home — honestly, it was everything we hoped for and then some. We surprised our kids with the trip, and from the moment we pulled up, they were over the moon. The pool was a total highlight, and the sauna was a super cozy bonus after a long day of fun. The house itself is spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — it just feels good to be in. You can tell the hosts care about the space and the experience because every little detail is thought out, and the whole place has a really welcoming vibe. Jeffrey and the team were amazing to communicate with — friendly, responsive, and so generous. Letting us have a little extra time before checkout was such a kind touch and made our morning so much easier (especially with kids!). We’re already talking about coming back next year. Seriously, if you’re scrolling through listings and trying to decide — stop here. Book this one. You won’t regret it.

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this airb&b. The style is beautiful and the detail and thought put into everything made it so comfortable and lovely, like a real home. It has everything you need and more, from bathroom and kitchen utilities to luxuries like a record player and many original vintage records such as Thriller! And it doesn’t end there, as we kept finding very pleasant surprises, like tissues in both bedrooms, containers to pack your food, a nice bottle of wine and snacks. And if you come with children, there are so many things they could do, as the house is equipped with tables with crayons for coloring and other crafty materials, there are toys inside and outside the house (in the backyard) and even a tiny Christmas tree just in case you spend the holidays there. Everything was perfect, would definitely book again, we're so thankful for such a warm and thoughtful environment!

We had a great stay at Adam's place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly accommodating for our family. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be booking here again.

Cory was kind and very responsive to my questions. His home was cozy and had great views. An excellent place to escape for some fresh air and time outside!

Our group had a wonderful stay here! Every couple had their own comfortable (adult) bedroom. There were so many fun things to do at the house, we barely had to leave! The pool was so fun, plus the entire game room was a blast. The location was great, too. We drove up to Estes Park and walked around, then hit up some breweries and wineries on the way back. I will definitely recommend this place to stay on my blog!

We had a wonderful stay at Philip and Larissa’s beautiful, cozy home during the high school state basketball tournaments. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from Old Town, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our kids especially enjoyed the toys, mini-golf, and DVD selection. The house was a great size for our family of six, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our pet. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us

We loved our stay! The house was great, our family loved the roof top deck area and hot tub. We were close to the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

What a charming house! It’s filled with beautiful furniture, dishes and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the details of the host, including a jigsaw puzzle and loads of books.

This was a great place to stay. It was well furnished except more dish towels would be nice. Otherwise we have no complaints.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It was quiet, comfortable, roomy and in excellent shape. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to make family dinners. We were close to walking , running trails too. Most of all, Zhanna and Adam were super responsive.

We had a wonderful family trip to Erin’s. It was perfect for our large family with 5 kids. Even on days when we were stuck inside because of our own circumstances the view made the trip worth it. I have a boy who loves to fish and 4 younger kiddos than him and Erin pointed us to a local park within walking distance. He was able to fish while the others had the best time on the zip line, splash pad, playground. It truly couldn’t have been better! Erin went out of her way to find little things to help entertain our youngest. Our trip was filled with soul fulfilling vistas and picturesque surroundings. It’s an easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park where we spent most of our mornings and than back to the park for the younger kids in the afternoon!

The house was impeccable, and the view was breathtaking.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We weren’t looking for anything fancy or over the top, and Maisie’s Garden offered us a pet friendly location on a quiet street just out of town. It is a cozy place in a quiet working-class neighborhood. We would suggest it to anyone!

We were in Longmont for just a couple of days, had our two dogs in tow. Man! Don’t let the modest appearance from the outside fool you, this place is huge and very well done. Beautifully put together Mid Century Modern Ranch decor, and a very comfortable home away from home with the perfect balance of form and function inside and out. The fully fenced yard was very handy for our dogs who felt right at home there. Loved the kitchen! And the Record Player with Bluetooth. We explored a few of the local breweries and made a day of driving up to Estes Park and Boulder. What a great vibe! The only thing we’d do differently is book a longer stay! Fantastic! We’ll be back!

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Home was in a nice location with a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of room with great shared spaces. Lots of care taken to make sure guest have everything needed for their stay.
