Amy’s place was perfectly appointed. She made the time I got to spend with my sons worry-free and amenity-plenty. She communicated just enough, and was readily available should I have needed her for any reason at all. Next time I visit my son in Boulder/Longmont, I will contact Amy for another excellent experience in Loveland. Thank you so much, Amy.

Lake Loveland Chalet

This beautiful and spacious lake home has been thoughtfully updated and supplied. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of break-proof dish and glassware. The bedrooms upstairs are lovingly crafted for childhood adventurers, although they might be a little challenging for unrelated couples since they all, but one, share the same open area. Thankfully, our family enjoys each other's company, especially when first thing in the morning we could watch the lake together. Obviously, generations of kids and grandkids have been lovingly entertained in this space. The grounds are generous and lovely. We enjoyed cozying up to the fireplace while watching Canadian geese and several flocks of ducks land on the water to rest along what we assumed were their traditional migratory paths. In conclusion, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving retreat at the Lake Chalet with its spectacular view of Lake Loveland and the front range so much we had a hard time saying goodbye.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

Italian Style in Old Town with Private Hot Tub

Two of us stayed in this quaint, conveniently located house and would absolutely stay again. Host was always quick to respond and provide recommendations. The bedrooms were very comfortable and I appreciate having a ceiling fan at night. Central heat worked wonderfully and made everything cozy during the super windy chilly days. We found the area very peaceful and close to many yummy food options. The bathroom is compact so be cautious with the amount of products you bring. We would absolutely stay again. It felt very much like “home”.

Luc was a great host, checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is adorable, clean and very spacious! We loved how walkable everything was as well. Comfortable beds. Comfortable, large sofa and plenty of seating. So nice having a washer and dryer too! We would love to visit again for sure!

Jana was a wonderful host for our large family gathering. The house was very accomodating for the celebration and plenty of private spaces for each couple. The kitchen was well attended and equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay!

The home exceeded our expectations! The views are amazing, the area the home is located in peaceful and quiet, the home clean, warm and inviting, and both my friend and I agreed that the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. Brad was friendly and quickly responded when I had question. I cannot recommend Horsetooth Reservoir Retreat enough, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at the home. Very comfortable with lots of ammenities. It met all of our needs traveling in a group of 8. Michelle was great in helping me to extend our stay! Very responsive and helpful in finding what we needed throughout the house. Staff was present to plow the snow very quickly after it stormed. I appreciate the flexibility which changes to our reservation. I would recommend! Thank you Michelle!

Debbie and Pat were amazing hosts. We needed to check in early, and they were very accommodating! We had absolutely no issues and the house was in amazing condition and also very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back if we need a place to stay in Greeley!!

Tim is one of the best hosts we have had the privilege to work with! His home is beyond wonderful, and every interaction with him was friendly, productive and clear. We spent our family holiday here in Boulder and it could not have been better! Tim has created a beautiful home that is stylish, comfortable, generous and thoughtful in every detail. Everything worked like a charm! The location up into the beautiful hills overlooking Boulder far below is nothing short of spectacular. Every morning we welcomed the glorious sunrise from the main bedroom as the whole house filled with light. I can whole heartedly recommend Tim and his beautiful home for your next AirBnB adventure!
