This apartment is nice, in a nicely maintained building and offers a great value for guests. I really enjoyed a lengthy stay here, really zero complaints, bed was awesome, water was super hot, easy highway access to everywhere- I’d stay here again for sure.

Our stay was great and within walking distance to everything we needed.

This Airbnb was a great find—very modern with a clean, stylish design and all the amenities you could need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Coming from a busy part of the U.S., it was a nice to spend time in such a quiet, peaceful town. We also had a great dinner at a local restaurant nearby.

This AirBNB was a perfect location to downtown and had perfect amenities for a couple. The bed was comfortable, there was a great kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. We were in Fort Smith for a concert at the Majestic and also visited family that lived in the area. Fort Smith is a great town and the Airbnb was walkable to many restaurants downtown. There is a homeless population that lives nearby the Airbnb and in the downtown area. However, they did not bother or approach us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and love Fort Smith. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice lady very clean place felt like home i would recommend this place to anyone

Everything was exactly as described. They always responded immediately even though we got in at midnight and asked a question, not expecting an answer until the morning. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the restaurant a few buildings down. They must’ve had some kind of event because there were people leaving pretty late and they were a little noisy. If we ever go to downtown Tulsa again, this place will definitely be our first choice.

The loft was an exceptional stay. it was easy to find with an easy check in. There are so many different places to eat or grab a drink near by. The loft is within walking distance of so much. The place was also very clean and cozy. Would Derek recommend and hope to return myself in the future.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Great neighborhood we had lots of fun. The next time I’m in Tulsa that’ll be the first place that I rent again. I just loved it. Lidia Riveta

Very comfortable home in a quiet suburb.

I have stayed at places before where I was left without the bare minimum items so I came prepared with all the necessities just in case we had to rough it! Our hosts thought of everything and made sure that our stay felt very high end like staying in a 5-star resort! I can't recommend this home or these owners enough! They know what they are doing, and they provide great quality services!!!

Casey is a great host, responds quickly and was a pleasure to work with! Home was great and in a great location! We will be looking to book with Casey again if we are ever in this area again hands down!

Luis' listing was located in a nice quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. The kitchen was fully equipped, a washer and dryer were available. Plenty of towels etc. were provided. Beds were comfortable. When we had any questions Luis was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would love to come back when we are in the area!

Great location! Condo was very clean, as well as swimming pool, game room, and outside area. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Anchor and Shangri-La for meals. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was inclusive of all amenities!! I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything that you need to make anything from muffins to casseroles! The utensils and glassware make it fun to cook for and with your family! Pressure cooker and George Foreman grill!!!?? Yes!! This location is steps away from Riverside where you can walk the Arkansas River and ride scooters/bikes with your family. I would stay here again!!!

Took a weekend trip with my brother for golfing. The condo had a great view of the course and was a close drive. The Anchor, across the street was cool. Mostly for families with kids. We went and had BBQ at the RoadHog down the road, it was outstanding! Enjoyed every bit of the short time there.

Little confusion finding the place but owner answered the phone late at night and helped us get there. Aside from the horrendous wind , everything was fantastic. Beach was clear of trash and the dock was kept up. Be mindful of the stickers scattered around the yard though, wear decent shoes.

Perfect apartment-style location to stay at in the Tulsa area. Clean, roomy and secure. The record player with a box of available old school records was a very nice touch! Really enjoyed listening to that music.

This place is adorable. It is perfectly located near all the Monkey Island and Shangri-la action. It is so nicely decorated and our guests said they slept well and enjoyed their stay.
