We had a wonderful stay at Vivek’s three-bedroom flat in Vytilla. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—close to major roads, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Vivek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a homely stay in Kochi. Would definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. This stay was a steal deal at the price that we got it and its usually always booked as its one of the most highly rated place, and living there made me realise, why! Pristine, perfect, nothing short of remarkable, everything was thought of about what the guests might need, it was there, if there wasn’t, it would be available with just a msg to Mr. Paulson. It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
