This place is really nice. It’s very very clean. Very simple inside not cluttered very clear instructions on everything and how to use everything where everything is located and the host are very responsive and nice easy to work with.

This is a great place! It was perfect for our family! The house remodel kept a lot of the original look but updated it to where it feels brand new! Tall ceilings, nicely refinished hardwood floors, kitchen and bathroom are completely updated and beautiful & user friendly. Beds were comfortable and the bedding and decorations classy and high quality!

Julianne was extremely nice and helpful if I needed anything. Always responded to messages right away and does her best to accommodate and make you feel at home. The place itself was beautiful and peaceful. I saw deer almost every morning and would definitely stay again!

Brian was very responsive, kind, and helpful - before, during, and after our stay. He was flexible and understanding when there was a small mix-up on our end, even when it was no fault of his own. His unit was clean and well-appointed with all amenities in the listing included at the property. The unit was clean and organized and it was a pleasure staying with him. We will definitely be keeping his property in mind if we will be returning to the area.

My husband, two pups and I were very comfortable staying there. The neighborhood was quiet, people we met were friendly. If you are looking for a home that is adorable with modern amenities, this is the place!

Cozy place for a good value

Perfect location for spending the day at Glendo Reservoir, then a great place to relax in the evenings! Great size for our three families (14 people), very comfortable, loved being able to seat everyone at the large table for meals. Plenty of bedroom / bathroom space, awesome host, very responsive and helpful!

Accommodations were amazing. Was exactly as described. Fantastic place will definitely stay again. Would recommend to anyone. Hosts were amazing.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! Usually I wake up 2-3 time a night when I travel, but here I was able to sleep through the night. Very peaceful and relaxing, I would definitely like to go back again sometime.
