Fort Lauderdale : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a very great and comfortable stay in this apartment. Check-in was also pretty easy and comfortable. Everything is very near if you have a car and there are public parking spaces in front of the house so you won’t have any trouble parking your car. The area was quiet and everything was very near, also a very great connection to the I-95. The shower is pretty big and the kitchen is charming too! The host was always very helpful when we had questions or any problems. Thanks Nilyam for allowing us to stay in your wonderful space! :)

Absolutely beautiful spot to stay and near walkable places. My friends and I really enjoyed our time and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Easy access and nice place to stay. Would love to come back. 11/10 here.

Das Bungalow war genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Es gab keine Probleme. Man hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und viel Platz. Die Unterkunft war groß, geräumig und sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden sie jedem empfehlen.

La mejor ubicación cerca de Pequeña Havana, fácilmente podías caminar a restaurantes y bares de la zona, la cama era muy cómoda lo que hacía que descansaras y amanecieras súper fresco para caminar por el área. Sergio siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitaramos, quizá solo recomendaría un aire acondicionado un poco más grande, pues por las noches se sentía un poco de calor sin embargo nada fuera de un rango aceptable, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

We stay in a lot of Airbnb's since we travel with our Golden Retriever. Most are "OK" a few so-so and once in a while you run into a GEM! This was one of those times. Lots of space - VERY clean - very dog friendly/not fussy decor. The fenced backyard and view of the pond was a big bonus! It was so relaxing to sit out in the morning and watch the ducks on the pond. House was convenient to restaurants and other services. We chose it for a day trip to the Everglades and it worked out perfectly. I would say the only drawback is the lack of first floor powder room, but I would book again if looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

The house is super cozy and we really enjoy our stay. Zeynep is very responsive to our questions and issues. The stove wasn’t working properly and she sent us spare ones the same day and fix the issue entirely in 2 days. Despite the quick fix she still sent us gifts, which are super lovely.

Great location! Quick walk to stores. Is just as it looks in photos. Beds were soo comfy. Everything was clean. Really nice private back yard with seating. Traffic was not too bad and easy to get in and out of driveway. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and safe! Very responsive host. Very clean and updated. Two things to note, you have your own house, but it is duplex/connected to neighbor. We didn’t have any issues with this, as it was fairly quiet. Also, there is no stove in the kitchen. Aside from that, the stay was perfect and in a very safe area in Miami. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Cynthia’s! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and the beds are comfy with the best pillows! We all enjoyed the pool and outside area with plenty of seating and the use of the grill. There were many things provided that aren’t always common at airbnbs which made our trip that much less stressful, not to mention Cynthia was super helpful and available for any recommendations in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed the large private front porch and the house. This was the 2nd time I've stayed in this house. Derek always promptly response to any messages or calls ive made to him. This place is located close to all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Derek is a super host!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

The place was adorable. Perfect location if you want to rent a yacht right outside. Beautiful view will definitely be back

This was a wonderful place to stay for a quick trip. The views were unbeatable and it was just what was needed for a weekend of relaxing. You can tell Alex has done some wonderful updates to the place in comparison to much of the rest of the property. Check-in was smooth and valet was relatively quick, even when busy. We had everything we needed while there. The bed is a little more firm than expected, but doesn’t deter you from having a fantastic stay. The privacy of the patio is also a major perk when the beach is crowded or you just don’t want to walk down to the sand. Overall, 10/10 stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our stay at Valerio’s Airbnb was incredible! The place was immaculate, with plenty of room for 2-4 people to stay and be comfortable. The private hot tub was a perfect touch and made the trip all the more enjoyable. The walkable location gave us plenty to do, making it easy to explore. When our TV didn’t work, Valerio personally came and didn’t stop until he found a solution—his hospitality was unmatched. We’ll definitely visit again! Thank you for making our trip to Miami magical. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement est vraiment très spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, à côté du bayside Marketplace et de bayfront park. La station de metromover College Bayside est juste en face de la résidence. Merci à Philip pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Je conseille vivement cet appartement à tous les voyageurs qui souhaitent séjourner sur Downtown.
