Everything was great, from the prompt communication to the amenities to the cleanliness to the price to the location. Top notch in every way. Only one thing I would caution about … if you are 6’5” or taller, the ceilings are about that height in places. As long as you aren’t abnormal like me, no issues whatsoever.

What an absolutely lovely little place. It has everything you might need or want (even things you don’t know you might need or want). Thanks for the muffins in the morning and great coffee options (and cream). Quiet home & quiet neighborhood. She is a very attentive host and checks in to make you feel welcome and makes sure you can access her with any questions. The nook bed is so cute and perfect for kids (if we had any). It is very well decorated and has lots of birds to watch out the window. The garage space is a big plus…. I imagine even more so when raining or in the cold months. Can’t recommend this place any higher! Will be back if I come to the area.

View is gorgeous! Place is as described - nice to have 2 full baths. Convenient to Gatlinberg. Joe was very helpful on getting the video game system to work. It’s annoying not to have a more full kitchen and bigger fridge but that’s also very clear in the description and an excuse to eat out. I was also worried about sharing the house but the stairs to upstairs are complexly closed off and locked (not like other older reviews stated) and we could hear walking occasionally but minor. Otherwise very private!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Caleb and Emily’s home. The space was super clean and conveniently located. It was just a short drive to many restaurants and breweries. We were able to check in early which was great. The hosts were very communicative, super friendly, and welcoming. They also provided us with many great local recommendations. I would highly recommend staying with them if you’re in the Knoxville area.

We had a wonderful stay at Captain David's lodge. The surroundings are beautiful and the lodge was clean and welcoming. Close to the mountains and great places to eat but without all the traffic. Captain David was responsive to any requests and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this guest house. We enjoyed all the conveniences of home plus a screen room next to the pool. The location, amenities, and privacy were all outstanding. We hope to go back again next year!

My friend and I loved staying at Stephen's place! It was immaculately clean, had all of the utilities and kitchen items that we needed, and was very peaceful. Stephen responded quickly when we asked to change the thermostat, but otherwise was respectful of our space downstairs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town!

This was our third time staying at Lakeside Escape and it never disappoints. This home has a huge well laid out space with high-end, comfortable furniture and beds. We love the air hockey and ping-pong or pool tables plus 2 giant TVs. Always super clean with gorgeous views of the lake with a paved walking path all around it to enjoy. Julie is always friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. When visiting our son and his family we always look here first to see if there is availability. Our grand-daughter loves to come over and "hang out" :)

This was my first Airbnb. I was beyond impressed! The extra thought and effort Lorraine put into making her space welcoming was remarkable! This space is magical, every pass through I found something I hadn’t seen before! Absolutely zero complaints. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

This is my 2nd time staying here. The only problem is that I haven't stayed here more often on my travels to Knoxville. This place is really as good as it gets, if you're looking for a modest studio style dwelling. Everything is new, clean, and extremely well thought out. The host has really thought of everything, and it's clear that she designed a place that she would want to stay in. I really can't say that about most airbnb's. Keep in mind that this is a basement space where the owner lives above. But in light of that, it's as private as you could imagine a space like this could be. There's a private driveway for you, and a private patio in the back with a divider. So you really don't notice much that this is a shared space. I've stayed in many placed in Knoxville, and this is the best one hands down.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was neat and clean and there were some nice little extras, including a Keurig and K cups. We also enjoyed our gift, a Tennessee coffee cup filled with candy. We will be staying again.

Just what we needed! Just one block from the Gatlinburg strip smack in the middle of town, perfect location. Place was cozy and clean and Reeni is very friendly to talk to, we will definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay if you’re looking for rest and relaxation Lakeside. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside each afternoon with a bottle of wine and food. The kayaks were a lot of fun too along with the fire pit. They were wonderful hosts! Great coffee set up too!

Janis was so responsive and greeted us when we got there, had muffins and snacks for us in the unit. The neighborhood is lovely, we loved to walk around and see the lake, golf course and beautiful homes. Very tranquil location. Janis was great and gracious host. Very nice and extremely clean bathroom/kitchenette/family room and bedrooms. Very happy with our 2 night stay.

Brian & Michelle’s place is very comfortable, peaceful and has great amenities! We stayed just one night to attend a funeral in Maryville and wished we could have stayed longer! Michelle was very responsive, thoughtful and sympathetic. We wanted a quiet place to rest and prepare for an emotional day - this was the perfect place! Highly recommend.

The Sugarloaf Mountain Lodge Cedar Suite was a perfect stay for my family. The space is nicely decorated and felt warm and inviting. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Michelle was so helpful and responsive. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy all the amenities like the fire pit and axe throwing! Would definitely visit again!

Linda's place was a great find for a weekend in town, meeting up with family. Spacious inside with plenty of room and comfortable furniture, and plenty of light. The kitchen was equipped so well...including coffee and coffee filters, which we sometimes forget to pack! Linda was quick to answer my questions, and welcomed us when we arrived. Great location... super convenient, but also in a private, quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!

Nice place to stay and Jennifer was very responsive and gave lots of good recommendations for things to do. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin!! It was a nice break from driving home from Florida. Wished we could have stayed longer!! The hot tub was very nice as well. Thank you so much for hosting us…I hope to come back soon!!

The cabin was as described. Nice cozy clean i will recommend its a place i would rent again i didnt want to leave i felt at home very private quite and peaceful my favorite was the back patio very beautiful veiw a place to sit and relax

Beautiful and peaceful. Well kept inside and out. Host was wonderful. We felt very comfortable. I loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening. It had everything we needed plus more. The muffins and fruit was an extra special treat you don’t get from others. We plan to go back and stay at this Air BNB.
