We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Overall a wonderful and excellent experience, our host was helpful and kind and attended every need. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The house had everything you will need to enjoy your time there. The pool and hot tub were very inviting and were enjoyed daily. The view just can't be beat. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Plenty of things to do within a few minutes of the house. Kenneth was an excellent host, easy to reach if we needed anything but we felt completely at home from arrival until departure. Our family can't wait to come back and stay here again.

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Would diffidently recommend! Angie was extremely prompt with all communication and very friendly. We learned that she is very connected with the island which shows. It's not just bodies in the door and profit for her. She truly loves the island and it shows. We have rented homes with a local company for 15 years and were nervous to use any other source (had to due to availability on what we wanted). The fears and questions ended on day 1. Angie not only delivered a great home exactly as advertised but was easy to communicate with and easily accommodated a request that we asked due to unforeseen circumstances on our arrival (on our part and nothing to do with the rental) . She truly went above and beyond and we're glad to have met her. Looking for many more memories made in the future!

It was like staying at a friend/family’s home. Located on a cul de sac, the place was very peaceful and quiet. Little tricky to unlock the door but you’ll get the hang of it. Upon entry the place looked Pristine with a fairly open concept. Two of the very noticeable and appreciated additives were the plentiful linen and towels as well as all the extra additives in the kitchen (pots , pans , seasoning etc). There were also cute little lotions, soaps etc in the bathroom. Laundry detergent etc were also present. The water pressure in the bathrooms were very good, beds in all the rooms were comfy and adequate televisions. The outside portion of the home was also very clean and the pool (with paid heating), was my kids favorite part of the house. My father in law loved sitting on the dock and casting out into the lagoon. The host was very attentive and responsive. Without a doubt on of the best homes I’ve rented. Would love to return in the future.

Excellent place to stay! would highly recommend, spotless and even better than the pictures. Of note, everything we could possibly want in a kitchen was provided. Our family loved spending the nights out on the Lanai.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights and we had an amazing time. The house has a great layout and the pool area is amazing. The view from the pool to the outside canal made you feel like you were on the waters edge. We loved the area and would stay again in this house. Prasad was great to work with and always prompt whenever I had a question. Strongly recommend this house for your next vacation.

Jamie was a fantastic host! The property was spotless and well-stocked. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at his property and would happily stay again when we return. Jamie was among the most thoughtful hosts I have ever had booking through Airbnb. The home was better than the photos. Endless restaurants and shopping options surround the location beyond convenience. However, we used the kitchen and grill for most of our meals. We were traveling with our 18-month-old daughter and had everything we needed for her. The cabana was great for when we laid her down for bed. We could hang outside without waking her, and the monitor reached so we could still hear her in case she woke up. My only feedback is that I wish the pool had been warmer and that bar supplies were available for making cocktails. Otherwise, my rating is an easy ten out of ten! Thank you, Jamie

We had an enjoyable stay at your "poolside paradise". The home was more than comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The home is in close proximity to many dining options and activities. Would highly recommend to a family looking to relax and enjoy some peace & quiet. * One thing I must add the 1st picture of the canal view is no longer accurate, unfortunately the surrounding neighbors have put up hedges which are becoming overgrown and obstructing the view

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The place is unique, the camper is spotless, much better than many fancy hotel rooms. It’s placed next to the canal, which makes the sunset views amazing. The camper is fully equipped for cooking, even a Keurig coffee maker. Amenities are beyond the once described. Including beach chairs and kayaks to use around the canal. To sum up, Alexina and Steve are great hosts. They live next door and are really friendly. A place we will come back for sure.

It was the perfect spot for a family wedding. The house exceeded every one of our expectations and the owner was a dream to work with.

Matlacha has been my family’s vacation spot since the 70’s so I knew that the location was going to be amazing, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was! The garage was equipped with bikes, a cooler, a beach umbrella and beach chairs, fishing bait in the freezer, and a working washer and dryer. Any cleaning supplies that were needed were already readily available. This was a fantastic place to stay and very reasonably priced as well. If I get the chance I will 100% stay again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Shelly's place was far more than we expected. Very clean, every amenity you could think of. The patio is screened in & the flooring so bugs can't get you. All the cooking accessories you could think of.. Beach towels and sunblock. Days were spent watching the sunrise and the sunset. Hours at the beach-- each side of the island. Suppers at all 3 restaurants. Bring enough food to supplement other meals. Lots of reconstruction on the island but none of it was disruptive. And lastly, the shelling is amazing. YOU WILL FIND SAND DOLLARS. Mostly on the gulf side. Any time of the day. Thank you Shelly for having this piece of paradise to share! --Audra, Barb & Kristin

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This place has been amazing - it looks just like the pictures and felt right at home. Fort Myers Beach is just a short car ride away and it was a great starting point to reach the other locations we wanted to explore. Bed was comfy and it had everything you need - especially the beach gear was awesome! Would recommend and come back - Thank you :)

It is a very nice place. We sat out on the patio every night and had dinner. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice relaxing visit.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
