It was like staying at a friend/family’s home. Located on a cul de sac, the place was very peaceful and quiet. Little tricky to unlock the door but you’ll get the hang of it. Upon entry the place looked Pristine with a fairly open concept. Two of the very noticeable and appreciated additives were the plentiful linen and towels as well as all the extra additives in the kitchen (pots , pans , seasoning etc). There were also cute little lotions, soaps etc in the bathroom. Laundry detergent etc were also present. The water pressure in the bathrooms were very good, beds in all the rooms were comfy and adequate televisions. The outside portion of the home was also very clean and the pool (with paid heating), was my kids favorite part of the house. My father in law loved sitting on the dock and casting out into the lagoon. The host was very attentive and responsive. Without a doubt on of the best homes I’ve rented. Would love to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay! Andrea was quick to respond and offered lots of helpful information. She was very accommodating, even allowed an early check in! The home is beautiful, the outside area is impressive; the heated pool and hot tub made a delightful start and ending to our days. The holiday decorations were a great touch! We inadvertently packed towels and robe that weren’t ours; no fuss was made; I’m mailing them back when I get home. Andrea, thank you again for everything, this was the best Christmas vacation ever!!! We hope to book with Andrea when we return.

The space was immaculate. The outdoor space was as peaceful. We enjoyed sitting by the water and enjoying the hot tub. The beds were comfy. The hosts responded to all of my questions right away. I would recommend staying here.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Loved the inside and the views. Kid friendly. And the host was super nice and helpful.

What can I say..... Jeremy's place was absolutely perfect. We loved it. Beautiful house, heated pool, hot tub, waterfront on a canal with kayaks, pool table and more! Very quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of golf courses and pickle ball courts within a 30 minute drive. Jeremy was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Pine Island. Lori’s efficiency apartment was great and had wonderful amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is dark. Kitchen area is well stocked and functional. Extra bedding and towels are included. We loved the kayaks and bikes. Keep in mind that beaches are not readily available if that’s on your agenda, but the kayaks get you out onto the gulf for dolphin and manatee sightings as well as peaceful mangrove island exploration. Lori and Mark are excellent and attentive hosts.

Pam was a great host. The unit was clean and tidy. Property is very close to the beach and has a wonderful backyard that sits on the bayside. She has lots of beach accessories including paddle boards that my daughter loved. Pam made you feel like you were staying at a family member’s home.

Everything about our stay was as expected or better. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a while, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Maja’s apartment. We hope to be back in the future!

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful setting this is it! I was fortunate to stay 8 weeks and as they say, could stay a lot longer. This location has everything you need. Only 1 1/2 miles to the beach. I am a bicycle rider and it was perfect, strap the beach chair on my back and cooler on rack and easy 15 min ride to beach. The cottage is very roomy and clean, with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Many choices for restaurants near by. Plus located between Naples and Ft Myers. Endless possibilities for exploring and eating. Not one problem with cottage and you would be hard pressed to find anyplace better! Book it and enjoy!

Super quaint, cozy, and comfortable spot. Slightly disappointed that the first hour I was there I was cleaning because the place was left quite dirty from previous occupants and the cleaning people overlooked quite a few things which I won’t go into detail here, but I immediately brought them to the hosts attention and he made it right. Cute little Dock where I was able to go fishing and spend quality time with my family. Definitely would be open to booking again at this location. The price was right.

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay. I was traveling from out of town for a friend's wedding and it was super close to the venue. It was super easy to find and check in was super easy. it was an adorbale and tidy tiny home. The host was absolutely wonderful and helpful and even left us fresh eggs from her chickens! would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Mike was a super responsive host and even dropped off turtle food to feed all the turtles and birds in the pond out back. I enjoyed getting to talk with him and we’ve already been recommending his place to several friends & family to come stay to enjoy the peaceful pond and swimming in the heated pool at night! The “no curfew” bottle of wine was a nice touch as well. As a super host I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the gecko place and loved every second of it. Perfect for our quick trip with lots to do in the area. It was very clean, smelt amazing and was cooled off for a perfect chill to a hot ride in the car. We also got a chance to check out the dock by the river which was really really cool. Definitely would recommend this place or any of the places here to anyone coming to this area. Absolutely got my 5 stars 🤩
