I've stayed at other units in this property before and have always been extremely pleased, and will undoubtedly stay again!

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Really enjoyed the view of the beach. Close to everything near the beach including shopping,restaurants and entertainment. Management was excellent and very accommodating. Planning to book again for next January for a couple of weeks Keith and Sherry

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Such an incredible stay we will definitely be back at some point !! The house was so much cuter in person the pictures don’t do it justice at all. The hosts were so lovely and helped us when needed it and responded super quick! Thank you again for letting us stay we won’t forget it !!

We had a great stay at David’s house. It was very clean and comfortable, like being at home. A very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Recommend 100%.

The pictures are accurate and there was room for 4 people as advertised. The bathroom is Jack and Jill style between both of the bedrooms with frosted glass in each door…not super private but worked fine…Just thought others would like to know the situation. The place is cute and clean and the location is awesome…walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella because they were actually not available in the unit or for rent. All said…I would definitely stay here again! Communication was very good…and it was easy to get into the unit.

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We wanted our own pool, privacy, and quiet. It was all of that. Plus super clean and very nicely remodeled - felt new, but comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit under the tiki hut during a few cooler nights. I would highly recommend. Jake was very responsive and helpful. The recommended restaurants were all spectacular!

Brads place was great! Two separate "Units" that had 2 King beds each. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook. Overall very satisfied with the home and pool. Very close to the beach and a short walk up to the resort portion of FMB.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Great place to stay! It was just as pictured/described. Having laundry in the unit was very helpful, along with having beach towels available to use.

The house was beautifully appointed and had a great layout. Lighting for specific areas of the house was great, including the ability to dim lights during different parts of the day. Loved being able to store our golf clubs in the garage so we didn’t have to lug them around all week in the car. The pool and covered patio area out back was a great place to chill in between trips to the beach or golf course. Location was terrific and so close to everything. The area is fabulous for walking. We rented bikes at the cyclery and rode through Pelican Bay and beyond. Highly recommend this rental home.

Andrew’s home is comfortable, fun, and very clean. We loved the privacy of the backyard and all the time we spent relaxing by the pool. Inside we always felt cozy and the master bedroom suite is spacious with lots of counter space and storage in the bathroom. Super comfortable bed! We biked to the beach and the nearby restaurants are great. You don’t have to be fancy to enjoy good food in the area! We walked the neighborhood each morning and felt safe and at home. It was a wonderful two weeks! Andrew is a fast and helpful host in replying to any questions you may have during your stay! Thanks, Andrew!

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

The condo is located right on the beach! The unit was nicely decorated, clean and a quiet location at the tip of Captiva Island. We'd return to the property.

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

Very nice stay at the condo! It was exactly as described! I didn’t realize when i booked it that we were in a gaited community! This was a business/pleasure trip and the location was perfect. We had appointments near Fort Myers and Naples, the condo was between both ! Surrounded by beaches and great restaurants! We ate Mama Leon’s pizza which is right around the corner, and enjoyed returning to The Fish House which we had visited over 10 years ago. The pool was refreshing, we got to meet neighbors who have been coming down for years? They were extremely nice! We also shared a beautiful sunset with a colleague at Clam Pass, got some great pictures! Thanks again for sharing your ultra clean condo!

would highly recommend this place. the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking pleasure. the place is very clean. it is close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants & everything in between. loved it.

This is the third time we e rented this condo. It never disappoints! Exactly as pictured and described. Klaudia is a super helpful and responsive host. She allowed us to check in early when our flight landed early and provides clear and useful instructions for everything. Condo itself is well-stocked with kitchen equipment and linens and everything you'll need. We will definitely return!
