The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Cindy has gone above and beyond in what she provides with her places. The furnishes and decor are beautiful and high quality. The bed is comfortable, everything you could ever want or need is available in the kitchen, there are all sorts of bathroom and toiletries supplied and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is close to the beach and so many beach items are available to take to the beach. We have stayed at MANY Airbnbs but this one was tops!

Our stay at Karley’s place was very relaxing and much needed! We had a lot of evenings spent on the screened-in lanai, which backs up to a mangrove preserve and canal. The pool was nice and warm. We saw the pool guy come and clean up after the birds each morning. The beach chairs are a great addition. We walked to the beach most days and drove the short distance to lovers key beach two of the days. There is still lot of hurricane cleanup happening on the island, so we drove into Bonita Springs most nights for dinner. It was nice to see the progress that has been made from the hurricanes. We will definitely be back!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

Loved my stay. The staff was kind and helpful, the facility was one of the cleanest that Ives ever stayed in and a great layout as well. The proximity to the beach was awesome, great stay for us overall!

Trace did an excellent job in communicating with me and the check in and out was smooth and efficient! The unit is exactly what the pictures show on the site. Trace had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a few sand equipment for kids to use on the beach! The location is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a quite area but if you want to have fun you can take the trolly to the North end of the beach. Just make sure you read the Trolly schedule correctly and be patient while waiting at the stop which is across the street from the unit. During Jan-April the Trolly's must run behind schedule due to the fact it is the busiest time of the year. If you want to go explore Bonita Beach or Naples I highly suggest you rent a car. This was my first time renting by myself. The square footage of the unit was perfect for me and I treated Trace's unit as if it were my own home. If you decide to choose Trace's space I hope you will be respectful, responsible and safe. Cheers CR

Wonderful unit -- even better than the photos! Recently updated, clean and spotless. The private terrace was perfect for nighttime cocktails after our son went to bed. Love that the unit provided some baby amenities such as a high chair! And the host was very responsive leading up to our booking and was available via text for any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s condo. It was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and Publix. The neighbors were nice and the pool was amazing . Tanya was a great host and responded very quickly to my txts. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Our week at Loggerhead Cay flew by! Right away we all felt at home. The condo is just as pictured and it was very clean, beautifully done, and so comfortable! We all loved the proximity to the peaceful beach with tons of shells (and easy to get to the beach chairs and other supplies). Caihlin was super helpful with local info and travel tips and went above and beyond as a host with so many details - including a pack n play which sealed the deal for me since that’s so hard to find (my kids were obsessed with the bunk bed and the screened in porch). The showers and soft sheets were soooo relaxing and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen and laundry available. We loved exploring Sanibel and this was a great, comfy home base for our family.

A lovely, comfortable studio apartment just a block from the beautiful beach. Host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had nice designated areas for eating, sleeping, and hanging out. Many shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance, although the apartment feels quiet and private. A wonderful neighborhood. A very lovely stay.

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a really nice relaxing stay. We would definitely like to book again in the future. Great location and great beds. The beach was just steps away. We loved having a washer and dryer and the condo was clean. We borrowed an umbrella during the week and it was nice to have beach items to use if we needed them. The kitchen appliances were functional, clean. and up to date. We had a problem with the dryer; however, the problem was quickly resolved by maintenance. Great support staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

This place was perfect. A little trouble with check in but everything else was great! Beach is beautiful, wish they had chairs and umbrellas set up for people who book here like the next door place does. Walking distance for food and entertainment! We would book here again!
