We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Place was perfect for our family and on a gulf access canal where we rented a boat and traveled to sanibel and lover key. Located close to everything. Nice neighbors as well

Would highly recommend this house. Mario was a great host and the property was beautiful and easy to find. Will hopefully be staying there in the future.

We loved our stay! Everything was great! Home was just as pictured, beds were comfortable, had everything we needed and more (we sadly did not use the bikes, but were able to save money by not having to rent beach chairs and umbrellas as the home had plenty!) The pool was perfect! We wouldn't change a thing!

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

We just wrapped up our annual Christmas in Florida vacation and everything was spectacular! The house was wonderful- comfortable, clean and incredibly well stocked. We’ve stayed at several AirBnb’s and the kitchen in this home was very well equipped- everything that we needed was right there for us. Brigette was quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Her recommendation to visit Farmer Joe’s, a local grocery store was awesome! About half way through our stay we noticed that the pool pump wasn’t running until 1 pm. Brigitte had the pool company out in less than 20 mins to take a look - all it needed was a quick reset. As we make our long journey back to Wisconsin, we’re missing the beautiful pool with gorgeous evening sunsets. Looking forward to our 2025 trip & renting with Brigette again :)

Das Haus war neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub brauchte, war vorhanden, für Kinder gab es auch einiges an Spielzeug und Zubehör. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr ordentlich. Christina und Scott waren sehr freundlich, flexibel, schnell zu erreichen und haben durch diverse in einer App hinterlegten Infos den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My family and I had a fantastic experience at this beautiful home. Aqua Haven is the perfect spot for those that want the experience of staying at a high-end resort yet with the convenience, peace, and privacy of a home. The interior is sparkling new with high-quality, well constructed design while the back yard provides a private oasis with a waterfall pool and sauna. The house is set in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood yet only minutes from shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating as well. My family needed a place to stay last minute and Jesyka & Keith helped coordinate to get us settled with only an hour’s notice. My family and I will surely be looking to stay here again on our next visit to Naples. Thanks for the wonderful experience, Aqua Haven team :)

C’était notre 7 e fois en Floride en Air B N B et le fait d’être situer à l’entrée du Golf nous permettais de voir des dauphins sur le bord du quaie. De plus en bateau c’est moins de 30 minutes de la plage de Sanibel ou Fort Myers . Je recommande fortement.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

Ian's place is beautiful and spacious. he was very responsive with little requests and made checkout a breeze. The beach by his house was peaceful and had better shells than Sanibel! I would definitely recommend this place for large groups - and get golf carts to get to the social fun on the north of the island.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Andrea was extremely responsive and quick! She was very nice. Had a highchair and pack n play in the house for us. Only negative thing i would have to say is there was mold on the highchair and the pool was freezing. (heated pool was listed but it wasnt stated on listing that the pool was solar panel heated)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Naples. It was very clean and we had plenty of space for everyone, including our 3-year-old grandson who had plenty of space to run around and play. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the views of the small lake from the pool which gave a more relaxing feel to the home. This home is in a very nice area with plenty of walking right in Crown Pointe alone as we walked the whole subdivision and it logged a little over 4 miles. It's peaceful and we felt in a safe area. It also is a perfect location as everything from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and Fifth Avenue of Naples are no more than a 15 minute drive. The home is located in a beautiful part of Naples and we would highly recommend this home and working with David and Beate will not disappoint as they are quick to respond and to help may your stay as comfortable as possible.
