Place was fantastic. It had a cabinet with odds and ends for those things that you may forget. Plenty of kitchen, utensils, and cooking apparatus. absolutely stunning view, seriously, stunning view. Everything was very clean. Lindsay was fantastic and helpful. I can only think of one place that has room for improvement and that is that the second room towards the road with the king size bed is starting to show it’s where it has gullies on either side where guest would sleep. The only firm part is the middle so it’s kinda hard to get a good nights sleep, that mattress could do with a little updating. The master suite king, size bed, the mattress was fantastic, and I was advised that the twin and double bed bunk set in the third room was also lovely. So barring that one mattress issue, I couldn’t think of a single thing else that did not exceed our expectations. Quite lovely we are definitely coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from Fort Pierce Inlet State Park Beach, with easy access to Pepper Park Beach as well. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and right on the water, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway and a boater’ paradise! We loved how convenient everything was, from the quick walk to Sharky’s for a bite to eat to the nearby gas station for any essentials. If you’re into water activities, you’ll appreciate how easy it is to reach the islands on the river or the inlet. Loved having thr boat right in the backyard on tbe water ready to go! The house itself was great—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host provided thoughtful touches like a beach closet stocked with towels, chairs, and other beach essentials. Communication with the host was seamless, making the entire experience stress-free! Can’t wait to come again!

Maria’s house was perfect , immaculate, updated comfortable furniture including the king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated. The deck on the canal was a plus with two tables and seating for eight. It was very nice to sit on the deck to drink your morning coffee or have an evening cocktail. My husband could throw out a line anytime without having to go somewhere else to fish. Nettles island is a fun filled place with tons of activities to keep you busy or if you prefer just relax at one of two pools or sunbathe on the beach. The golf cart was also a plus. Our host Maria was awesome responding immediately and keeping in touch during our stay. Our entire visit was great and we enjoyed every minute. Thanks for a great time

The space matched the description and was very clean. We loved walking each morning for coffee and breakfast . We also enjoyed the proximity to several others beach towns to explore.

Beautiful week spent by the pool and at the beach. This house had all the amenities and was comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and such a short walk to the beach for awesome sunrises. The Jungle trail is close by, perfect for morning runs and biking. We even used it to put our paddle boards into the Indian River and paddles with dolphins! Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the location. Tammie was very helpful and friendly. The golf cart was an added bonus to run around the island. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I think we're spoiled now! The Jensen Beach House was an absolute gem. The house was spotless, bigger than we expected and this is located and a very friendly, welcoming community. The only reason we didn't book it for next year is that it's already booked!

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing. The entertainment area was great for exercising and just chilling out. There were many games available. The rooms were in excellent shape. The kitchen has the amenities and the bathrooms are clean. Glad they supplied towels for bath and beach.

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

This is the second year in a row we rented from Thomas in Jensen. Perfect location and a great host. We will be back next year for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy's. She was always very quick to respond. The beach and the pool were lovely and walkable. It was nice having a washer and dryer, lots of towels. There were a few things that could be fixed - the drawers in the kitchen and bedroom need attention. But pretty minor things. I missed that it was a full size bed but we did fine with it and it was very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. It was exactly as a described in the listing and portrayed in the pictures. The house was extremely well stocked, including all of the extras for the kids. Our trips to the beach included all we needed. The kitchen was also very well equipped according to the chef in our family. We loved how close the home was to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house perfectly accommodated our group of 8. Plenty of room to maneuver in the kitchen and a big dining room table for meals. We sat outside to enjoy the water view several times a day. Easy walk to shared facilities like the heated pool and tennis court.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was very central and close to the beach, restaurants and downtown Jensen Beach area. It was a great size for three adults. Loved the beachy vibe and charming decor. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

The ‘Splashing Pelican’ is absolutely AWESOME!!! Exquisite decor, upscale living room with fireplace (!) and smart tv, gorgeous dining room with settings for 6 (!), kitchen with every comfort needed…. 2 beautiful bdrms with tv’s, again the decor and plenty of storage in each… hall bathroom, filled with soft towels, great shower, soaps, shampoos, first aid kit, etc, … master bdrm in the rear… yummy…private bath, cubbies, side tables, storage and seashells everywhere… private back deck, with spiral staircase leading up to the deck. And, before I forget, the gorgeous windows … huge, so pretty, bringing the outside in! The location is the east side of the inland waterway.. the houseboat is anchored at the beginning of a long private pier. Finally, top deck, also accessed from front deck..WOW!screened porch with 2 couches, dining table for 6, smart tv. Outside deck has 4 loungers, high table for 4 with umbrella, settee with matching chairs, second umbrella and a hot tub! Sunsets galore❤️

Location, location, location! Great place to stay! Walk distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and parks in the areas of Huntington Island. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. The communication with the owners was very nice and they responded quickly to us. Very recommended for your family vacations!

The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard, screen porch and deck is where we spent the majority of our time. Very relaxing and great place to hang out after a day at the beach.

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely beautiful nestled in a scenic, peaceful area with stunning views and easy access to all the local sights. Everything was spotless and super clean, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. It was the perfect little getaway, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’d love to stay here again soon and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque place to stay.
