Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

Melissa was great. Quick to respond to messages, much quicker than my average experience with ABB. Always helpful. The place was clean and spacious. Very convenient to the beach, parks, restaurants. We were VERY pleased with our stay.

We can't say enough about the apartment. It is so attractive, and we loved the white-on-white palette. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's a great shower, plenty of new bath and bed linens and LOTS of extra touches, e.g., velvet coat hangers (dozens of them). Everything is clearly and neatly described/labeled. And very importantly, everything is so clean! The beach, with miles of private shoreline, is fabulous and only a very short walk away. It was wonderful to start each day watching the sun rise over the ocean. Victoria was very responsive. She has created a gem of a get-away.

This place was amazing! It was beautiful and spotless. My kids loved this place so much that they chose to stay an extra night. What stood out the most was the host and his cohost. They were so attentive, kind, and friendly. They always answered my questions right away especially since this was my first time renting an Airbnb. I definitely will stay here again whenever I go back to Palm Bay. To those reading this review, don’t hesitate to stay at this Airbnb if you want a homey feeling. You won’t regret it! (and no I did not receive this product for free in exchange for my review 😂).

We had high hopes for this unit and we were not disappointed. It was recently renovated and refurnished. The place was just as the described and looks even nicer than the photos and feels homey. It is very well lit facing South. The unit is very well equipped with umbrella, beach chairs and towels, lots of hangers., baskets in drawers to sort out your personnal products in the bathroom. The kitchen also has what you need to conveniently cook meals. Dishes and cutlery are nice and in good condition. It is obvious that a lot of attention to details went into preparing the unit. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Heated pool and pickleball courts are just across from the units. Paddles can be rented at the recreation center for 2$. We also took advantage of the 9-hole executive golf course which is surprisingly well maintained. Carolina and JC were very attentive and responded to our inquiries very rapidly. We are considering renting again… that says it all!

What a great and peaceful stay! Quiet and private. Walking down and steps to the beach was unmatched. Great restaurants nearby! Majestic Oyster and Conchy Joe’s were great local places. Will be coming back with family! Thank you

Our family had a great time at this ABNB. It was a very nice, clean, and very well organized home. The location was also amazing. It was peaceful with stunning views and had excellent amenities such as the pool, tennis and others. Alicia is a great host and was very responsive.

Condo is in a nice community. Felt very safe. Very quiet. Clean. Nearby jetty was a favorite area, watching people fish and kite surf. Thought there were two beds, but only one.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

The building is a little dated. But the condo was incredibly functional and comfortable overall. And for the price, it was an amazing deal. I do wish there was some flexibility on check in (4pm) or check out (10am). However, the front desk staff did offer us use of the pool and even a common indoor space which has a comfortable seating area restroom, etc. So that was a nice plus.

The condo was great! Actually better than described in the listing. The hosts were fantastic. We will definitely consider staying with Jenny and Ania again.

The condo was lovely, convenient, easy parking, comfortable walk to the beach. We could see the golfers as they played the hole in the back of the condo. The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes - easy and convenient. Lots of lovely restaurants in Hutchinson and Fort Pierce. Would have loved to continue our stay and never come home!

We had a great time staying at Andrea’s cozy condo. Andrea was always so helpful and accommodating for my young families needs. We had a great time and are so thankful.

we spent the month of March at Marjories's condo. The condo is decorated nicely, and has had a recent renovation. So everything looks clean and modern Quiet location close to everything. We never heard any noise from any of the neighbors. Very responsive, and kept us updated on the property or anything else around Fort Pierce. Super friendly host. We would definitely stay there again.

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

Great place if you are looking to stay close to great golf courses.

This is a beautiful, roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We were a short drive from route #1 from which was a great jumping off spot to get to wherever we were going from Sebastian to Jensen’s Beach. The HOA pools were wonderful as well. All in all, we really enjoyed this rental.

Loved our stay at the “Beach house” hosted by the sisters. Place was comfortable, welcoming, had all the amenities, even a basket of snacks treats and water. They allowed us to bring our cats. Thank you for accepting the cats and allowing us to enjoy the island. We aspire to be members of that community one day! Hope to stay again! If you are thinking about going to Nettles Island, stay here it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks again!

Every thing was fine. It was very clean. There were a few things that could have helped. Too few utensils, no paring knife, too few dishes. Glasses were limited. These were minor aggravations, I suggest you consider i adding to make it easier for future people. It was close to amenities; ie: restaurants. Stores etc. I would strongly recommend it to others.

Ryan's place was just what we needed for a quick 3-day family gathering. Great spot to hang out with the family. My nieces and nephew were playing pool non-stop and the house really had everything we needed!
