Great cozy place with a lovely view of the marsh from the bedroom window. Bruce was a kind and thoughtful host, the place was very clean and easy to get in and out with clear instructions and labels on everything. Thank you !

This was a perfect choice for our getaway. The room was perfect with a great view of the water. The location was close to town making it easy to get to. The beach spot was beautiful. We will be back again. Great spot for a little end of summer trip.

This was a perfect spot for me, my son and our two dogs. The yard is fenced which is ideal for furbabies and the space was very clean, comfortable & conveniently located

Staying at this studio was very convenient for getting out for a sunset and sunrise walk one the beaches. This very compact space was very neat and clean. I did have trouble entering the studio. When using the key pad I was not pressing firm enough for all the numbers to register. Peter responded to my text almost instantly with a phone call and this issue was resolved quickly. It is also helpful to remember to press the unlock key after the code! I had read in a previous review that there was no where to sit so I brought up a camp chair from my car which was more comfortable than sitting on the bed.

We loved staying at Nick’s while in Southampton! The property is quiet and private, with a short walk to the bay. The inside was clean and well furnished. We loved that it was pet friendly- there was a $50 pet fee which we didn’t know about when booking but we were happy to pay given how great the property was. We’d happily stay again!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Clean bathroom with lots of plants, came with lots of games and with batteries, and the bedding was really cool. They gave us a lot of free snacks and stuff. -A.O. (8 yrs) The airbnb was super cool and had lots of lights and even more stuff and lots of awesome stuff. -N.O. (10 yrs)

This was my second stay in less than two months at Wilson’s place. My family and I enjoy the ability to park our rental, separate TV watching spaces for each bedroom, and separate sleeping areas. The house is now my home away from home after staying at several others since bringing my daughter to college here; but Wilson & Co-host Jaime are amazing! Always super responsive not automated messages, very clean and comfortable living space, and well Stocked with key essentials and good location off 95 making it easy to go to Little Italy, Yale shops and well known tourist sites and restaurants. Corner house off busy street but at night you hear nothing. Great window coverings and having 2 full baths are essential. I highly recommend this space and the great hosts. This is my new home away from home after a second successful trip!

This place was a gem! Roomy and spotless, just perfect for a long weekend in the Hamptons. Have stayed in several other airbnbs in the area over the past few years, this one was the best by far. Very accurate description and photos, comfy, super responsive host, well equipped, easy to get to town. Would definitely stay again!

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Jeanne was very responsive. The cottage is perfect for two. Very cozy we felt at home. A perfect location. The beach close by. Restaurants close by. The hot tube was great nice and warm. We had a great weekend at Jeanne’s. We def be back. Thank you so much

The place was amazing and just perfect for my wife and I to have a quick get away weekend for our anniversary. The place has everything you need and then some. It was clean. The pool area was a nice bonus and it’s walking distance to a lot of great places. We would definitely recommend going and plan to book again there.

We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!
