We have had an amazing night’s stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. Karis was very proactive and provided us with a lot of interesting information. We have also been very lucky to meet Karis and Pat- since we’re not American, therefore we have not celebrated Thanksgiving before- but Karis was so nice to invite us over for a Thanksgiving meal, which was an unforgettable experience for us! We would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the back in the area!

This was our 2nd time to stay. We loved the hospitality and peace we felt. We hope the next trip in their direction will give us another opportunity to visit!

We arrived after driving all day, the porch light and interior lights were on, welcoming us to a very nice clean space. Cathy was very helpful and responsive with the few questions we had. It is a duplex side by side but please don’t let that fool you, it is a very quiet and peaceful unit! We could not hear our neighbors, but the bonus of that was were were able make good friends with our neighbors in the next door unit!! If I come back to Fort Smith next year, I will be staying at Cathy’s place again for sure!!

A very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Neat and clean, and you have full access to the entire home save the other bedrooms. A large 2-story home with a large living room, kitchen and family room. I lacked for nothing during my stay and as there were no other guests during my stay I had the home to myself. No complaints. Karis responded to any questions/concerns I had in a timely manner. If you need lodging in Fort Smith short or long-term I’d start by seeing if this residence is available.

The host was amazing! I meant to leave my review much sooner as I had thought that I did! We had an amazing time, and the house was beautiful! Definitely will be coming back to stay in another room and enjoy Fort Smith again!

Cathy’s home was the perfect spot to accommodate my family during our visit to Ft Smith, AK. Regardless of what brings you to Ft Smith, I recommend Cathy’s cottage.

Always such a relaxing place to spend my weekend! I love the complimentary snacks in the room and the personal heater how thoughtful!
