Polly was a great host and the house was excellent! She was very attentive and responsive and the house was warm and inviting.

This place was PERFECT. Amazing view of downtown Cincinnati and the river, wonderful hot tub, spacious interior. Did yoga every morning in the giant living room, and cooked every night - the kitchen was perfect for that. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived but the host was very responsive and we figured it out. Hope to stay there again sometime and would recommend to anyone.

We had our family Christmas gathering at the Gray Whale - it was a perfect accommodation for a large family - plenty of space for meals, sufficient kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and room to work puzzles and play games.

The location of this place is perfect! Scott was a great host. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had. I would book again, for sure!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

I recently visited from out of state to celebrate two different family birthdays and needed a comfortable, convenient place to stay. This place turned out to be the perfect base camp for our trip! The location was great—close to downtown Loveland, where we enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Works, a unique dining spot. We also took advantage of the nearby bike path for walking and exercise, which was a nice bonus. We spent time in backyard playing cornhole, grilling, and unwinding around the fire table in the evenings. The host was exceptional, over-communicating in the best way possible. They provided detailed information in the Airbnb app and at the house, ensuring we had everything we needed. Anytime I had a question, they responded immediately. They even went above and beyond to make sure the grill was in top shape before our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, this made our family celebration even more enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at a really great price! The place was as described in the listing. It was a 10-15 mins drive to Cincinnati, the area was quiet and parking was easy. The backyard and interior of the house were beautiful. Cari proactively sent all needed information, and we had no issues with checking in and out. Will come back soon!

Sids place is amazing. He is a fabulous host. He is very quick to reply and helps any way he can. The couches are like cuddling up on big soft pillows. There's a fireplace as well. It has plenty of space and everything you could ask for. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop sitting area due to it being so cold. It is definitely an added perk for summer nights.

Chris’s place was great. It was close to the places we needed to be, felt like home when we were there, and overall exactly what we needed.

The stay was great. It was clean and well taken care of. The balcony was great to watch the squirrels play!

This was a great place to stay. Located on a hill, a short walk will give you view of Cincinnati is stunning. I personally loved that the entrance faces away from the street, so you don’t get the disturbance from the traffic sounds and lights. We will definitely stay here again the next time the wind blows us to Cincy.

Great place and the town it’s located in is so cute with lots to do! Comfortable space and great owner. Very easy to get into and felt safe.

Overall this place is great! Good location that's close enough to OTR and downtown, but on a quiet street. The house is lovely, quaint and comfortable. The view from the patio is great. The back yard is a rare gem for traveling pets. Thanks Ben for being an awesome host!

Really loved Sid's place! Check in was quick and easy as well as check out. The place was very clean. The couch and bed were very comfy. The bed was just enough combination of firm and softness for us. Communication was always proactive and very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet even with the street out front. After dark the car traffic calms down. We stayed on a weekend and the morning traffic was very light. No loud dogs or other noises disturbed us from our restful sleep. We loved being very close to a lot of restaurants and the zoo. We always found parking on the street and we left and returned at many different times of day even late at night. To get into the place it is up a couple flights of stairs but nothing too crazy. Even being close to downtown we felt the neighborhood was safe seeing people out and about at all hours. Highly recommend a stay at Sid's place!

His space was gorgeous. Rooms were beautiful apartment was gorgeous. It made me want to redo my bedroom lol

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Sid was great, he left very clear instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was spotless and was walking distance from fun bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great place with plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located to quickly get to a number of Cincinnati attractions. Would stay here again.

The space was perfect. We wanted to go out in OTR and went the FC Cincy game and the location couldnt have been more perfect! We did go downtown one evening and the FREE street car was right on the corner! Martin was extremely communicative. Only downside was felt like you had to walk on eggshells with all of the reminders to be quiet posted. Was able to hear noises from other units so makes sense tho.
