Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Awesome place, beautiful, and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice neighborhood. Brad and Lisa were super flexible with checking. I recommend this place 100% and we will stay here again. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stayed. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Having a small private beach with kids was much more enjoyable for the parents!

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. We got to experience the florida blizzard during our trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice to wake up to the views of the lake especially when the dock was covered with snow. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home

We were struggling with our vacation schedule and must have reviewed 100 properties and finally decided upon Hannahs home. The property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for us. The way the house was decorated, the cleanliness, the location, the price....all unbelievable. I can not say enough about Hannah as a host. She is a great communicator, was so helpful and truly provided a welcoming feeling to us so that we could get away and enjoy. As an additional bonus, her neighbors are fantastic. Sometimes when you stay at properties there is this awkward relationship but they reached out and asked us if we needed anything and shared some stories and we now have some new friends. If you want privacy you will get it. If you want a welcoming area you will get it. We will be back and looking forward to staying at Hannahs property in the near future! Mike T

Beautiful, serene location. Quiet neighborhood but still minutes away from activities and restaurants. The backyard opens into a private path to the gulf- easy access and only steps away. The outdoor shower was really nice to wash the sand off after playing at the beach all day. We also rented the golf cart. It was super convenient to transport our beach gear the ocean side. We didn’t get to utilize the pool but we did walk by and it was clean, well maintained & easy access. We had no issues in which we needed to reach out to the host but she was excellent to communicate with prior to visit and even messaged us mid trip to ensure our visit was going well. Her hospitality was appreciated and can be felt throughout the home. Book this location you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic stay at Christina's beach house with our family of eight. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with great amenities including a pool and grill. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was particularly nice, well-equipped for cooking at home, which we really liked. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy either. However, there were a few things to be aware of. After booking, we were required to sign an agreement that was heavily in favor of the host. While this didn’t pose any issues for us, it’s important to note that there are several fees if you don’t comply with certain instructions. Additionally, the cleaning fee was quite high, yet we were still expected to do some of the cleaning and laundry ourselves, which felt a bit too much. Despite these points, we had a wonderful time and Christina was a great host. I recommend this property, just be aware of stipulations.

Our family loved staying here! The hosts were outstanding, the kitchen was fully stocked, everything was spotless, and the pool was beautiful. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

Tyler was truly one of the most amazing hosts I’ve experienced! He was so responsive and helpful on all of my many questions I asked. The home was perfect for our group of 13 with so many bathrooms everyone enjoyed having their own and plenty room for the kids. The beach was so close! And the home is in the heart of everything which made it so convenient for venturing out. The kids loved the back yard pool and neighborhood pool and it’s only steps away. We will definitely stay here again, thank you Tyler for being so kind!

Location was amazing. Very walkable neighborhood, cute cafe, and can’t get better access to the beach. We had 10 people- 5 kids and 5 adults- and house met our needs very well.

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Kurts Haus verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig und besonders hat uns der private Pool gefallen. Auch dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist wirklich toll. Die Kommunikation mit Kurt war auch super und sehr angenehm. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

We had a great time! The golf cart worked great and the elevator was a fun perk. The house was very clean. Charlette was very responsive at check in and very accommodating. We would love to stay again sometime!

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME WITH THE PLACE. IT WAS CLEAN AND LOVED THE GIFT OF THE SPICES. VERY SPACIOUS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DECORATED NICE AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!
