Close to all attractions yet far enough away where you are not stuck in a tourist trap.everything is pretty much on one road so it was very easy to navigate in a town we were not accustomed to. We always sleep with a fan so the traffic noise was not an issue. Will definitely book again.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

Stayed for a quick getaway with some two other sorority sisters and we loved it! Super cute and cozy little place with anything you might need and private enough to enjoy your time with the people you love most!

First off, Michelle was a great host. She was very responsive and checked in on us due to a resort wide construction project. She wanted to make sure we weren’t too inconvenienced. The condo was amazing. It was so clean and well stocked with essentials to get us started and to be able to cook meals there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We had a nice stay. Everything was as listed and more. Very comfortable home away from home.

It's a privilege to have access to a property in this special place with easy access to the beach and the Seaside community. The master bed was super comfy and the wrap-around porch was nice. We appreciated having some toys for sand castle building at the ready and other little thoughtful things like a great refrigerator and washer/dryer. The Haardt House is part of important social architectural history and was attractive to us for the special access to a little history.

The location is amazing. Private access to beach just out the door. The fire-pit and hot tub were great amenities to have, for the colder days. Highly recommend this home. Lots of beds and space. The home was very clean and equipped. We had a wonderful relaxing time!! The beach, the sand, the sunrise, the sunset….truly amazing!!

Omg!!! This place was awesome!!! Very clean, the beds were very comfortable , everything was labeled, just awesome!!! Let me not forget very cozy!!! They checked on us throughout our trip constantly to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely 5 stars & I will stay here over again! Thank you!

Great location on the boardwalk and right next to the Red Door Saloon for when it’s time to slip out for a drink! Ryan’s place was perfect for what we came to Destin for; to relax and enjoy spring break as a family. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed. The pool area was clean, pool isn’t heated- but kids don’t care! Would definitely recommend!

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Our second time staying and we will be back! Particularly love this location at Pinnacle Point, in one of the low rises - but close to the pool! Great place to stay with a little family! Great host and stay! Thanks!

Stayed for almost a week it was bittersweet to leave her place it was very nice worth every penny and definitely can’t wait to come back again if your looking for a great host she is it!! Well equipped with everything you need for the beach cooler to wagons beach towels literally walking distance to the beach. Place looks just like the pictures very nice n clean and comfortable beds which is a must for me everything you need to have great time and relax pool right outside was awesome but the heated one was even better check her out local to everything nail shops restaurants and more!! Had a blast!!

Okaloosa Island gem!! Tucked away, yet close to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the balcony and harbor view- comfy bed and full kitchen for meal prep. Awesome getaway spot.

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse right on the sand! Inlet Beach is definitely an up and coming area, just east of Rosemary Beach. We really enjoyed renting bikes and cycling through Rosemary and Alys Beach. We walked every night to Rosemary for dinner. Bring your flashlights, though! The townhouse came stocked with beach toys and chairs, which was great. Overall, great stay and I highly recommend it!

Olivia was very responsive, lock had a weak battery, she responded quickly and sent someone to replqce it, it was awesome, everything went as expected, I would sure love to come back for a longer stay, may be the house cleaner should leave an extra toilet paper roll , also needs a fixture in unit E.

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Beautiful home and view. Great beach access. Not crowded. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back to Navarre beach and to this home.

We really enjoyed the stay! The house is beautiful and we loved being on the canal. Our adult son fished and crabbed in the canal. The owner had everything from poles to traps which made it easy! There were tons of beds and plenty of space. We will be back again!

Very nice place. Michele was an awesome host. She had lots of great recommendations and was very communicative. The only thing I would say is that the loft bed is a little challenging to access if you’re older. So maybe not the greatest place for two older couples. Probably better for a family with a couple kids who love climbing a ladder! The condo was super nice and totally worth it.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!
