Location was perfect everything you need is there even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. House was clean and quick access to the beach and anything else you could ask for. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was as described. Hosts were fantastic. Proximity to park and doggy beach across the street was a huge plus for the pups. Blackstone griddle, firepit, projector and screen on the back patio made for an awesome family movie night. Loved our stay!

This was such a nice place to stay and VERY QUIET, almost too quiet in a good way! It was clean, there were snacks, and everything I needed for my weekend stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay here, currently active duty stationed in Pensacola, this was a nice local getaway to decompress, very spacious and about 15 minute drive from the beach. I would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Nice place for a night or a week. Absolutely LOVE accessibility! Off the main drag so it’s much more private and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

This was such a wonderful air b and b! The beach was like a 3 minute walk which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable I got such good sleep. It’s the perfect size for 2. You can rent a car or golf cart at the place which is very nice but most things are walking distance so we didn’t. We do wish there was a little more silverware just because we got some groceries and needed some more. The hosts were very responsive and answered quickly when we had questions. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want to be really close to the beach. We had a great time! Thank you!!

Absolutely love this place. So many thoughtful amenities like having coffee and cream available. We enjoyed having wine on the balcony every night. It is nestled in the treetops and in a walkable neighborhood. We hope to return.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed! Everything was described as it is and we didn’t have any issues, we felt right at home! Dave was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions I had! We cannot wait to return!!

Great place to enjoy Pensacola. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping beach and sand dunes, Great view from large balcony Lots of everything supplied (towels,kichen utencils) Only complaint pool is freezing in March it does not appear to be heated) Loved this cosy home

Beautiful Airbnb for a great price! Went with a couple of girl-friends and we had a blast! We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. Super short walk to the beach + so many pools to choose from. The King size beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals at home. Can't wait to go back!
