Wow! This place was awesome. We stayed here last minute to visit my daughter & son-in-law for the birth of my grandson, so we really only slept here. That said, it was as clean as my mother-in-law’s house when we visit her. Trust me, that’s saying something. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to see the kids, and there’s plenty of room for us all to spread out, have them over for dinner, etc. Huge plus is that it seems to be 5 minutes away from virtually everything. Cannon recommend more highly.

This was a perfect spot for a quick weekend away - comfy and felt like home. Quiet community and not a far drive from anything!

Olivia was very responsive, lock had a weak battery, she responded quickly and sent someone to replqce it, it was awesome, everything went as expected, I would sure love to come back for a longer stay, may be the house cleaner should leave an extra toilet paper roll , also needs a fixture in unit E.

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

This place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I was traveling with my mom and two toddler (4 & 2) they loved the pool and splash pads. The shuttle provided rides to and from the beach were also a huge plus when traveling with kiddos bc we always have a lot of stuff lol the 24/7 security was a bonus making you feel safe and not having to worry about nonsense on vacation. The location was right in the middle of everything you’d want to do at night time as well. I will 100% be back!!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I went down for 6 days during spring break and Dan’s place was a great place to stay at had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a spacious and comfortable studio, located in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the ease of walking the area, the parks and beaches were inviting!

This place is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The bed room next to road gets a good bit of traffic noise. That was the only negative and we just turned on a fan.

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

Great place close to the beach access! King beds in 3 rooms with private en-suite bathrooms was really nice to have. My elderly mom stayed in the king downstairs and the house was easy for her to navigate downstairs. The golf cart also made it easy getting to the beach and back! This house is right next to the pool also. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I would add is bring oils, spices and extra TP/ trash bags/soap for bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and walks to beach at night for sunset. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

Cozy Condo was the perfect place for us. It was clean, well outfitted and just as described. The owners were very responsive. We will be back!

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

This was one of my best rentals in Destin Fl! I enjoyed the view and the comfort of the bed! Everything was so amazing! They also have a cooler and other beach things to make the stay EVEN BETTER! My kids loved this trip because they provided us with extra stuff to keep them happy!

The apartment was great! We had a great time staying here. Beautifully decorated and organized. Had all the amenities we needed for our family. Oan was very responsive always helping us out with clear instructions. Strongly recommend the place

This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.

The condo had everything we were looking for - short walk to the private beach, plenty of parking, quiet at night. The kitchen was fully equipped for every meal I made. Restaurants, shopping, and dining were very close. Bed was very comfortable. I'm ready to return!

Julie was a fantastic host! The condo was very up to date and comfortable. Easy to follow check-in instructions, with great communications before, during and after our stay.
