Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wished that our stay was a few more days long. The weather was not as warm as we had hoped for but we did enjoy the hot tub a few of the days and the pool on our last day. We ate in for most of our meals and pretty much had everything we needed to prepare them. We especially love the open design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great and it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is almost equal distance to either airport, which definitely is a plus for those who are flying in. We hope to come to the area again and will definitely stay here if we travel with the same group of people.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home has a great open floorplan and plenty of space. Very nice neighborhood and a nice short walk to shops, restaurants, coffee, walking trail and beach!

Wonderful home in Pensacola’s East Hill neighborhood. It was convenient to reach downtown, Pensacola Beach, and Milton. Loved the city park at the end of the street.

This place was outstanding and the host was super friendly and very professional the pictures doesn’t do enough justice for the peace,you can’t describe in words it was very welcoming.the host was very responsive for all my needs don’t hesitate when booking. I would definitely be back again

My family and I felt at home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-equipped the house was. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable, cozy living spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedrooms were large and welcoming, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind. One of the highlights was the location—so close to the beautiful beaches, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. Grace is an amazing host and her recommendations made our vacation even more memorable. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Destin!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Very accomodating also! The house is beautiful and has everything inside youd need and our pets LOVED the fenced in backyard and the kids never wanted to get out of the pool! Will be coming back next year!

Great 3 night stay in this lovely home. It had everything we needed. George was always easily accessible for any questions. Location was great and near restaurants, shops, lots of entertainment places. Perfect for families, couples, or even a solo visit.

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed! Everything was described as it is and we didn’t have any issues, we felt right at home! Dave was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions I had! We cannot wait to return!!

We had a great spring break here and loved the place. Host was always responsive and even let us check in early. Just make sure you never leave the doors open like we did and get bugs.

The apartment was great! We had a great time staying here. Beautifully decorated and organized. Had all the amenities we needed for our family. Oan was very responsive always helping us out with clear instructions. Strongly recommend the place

We stayed in this unit at the Palms for 6 weeks over the holidays. What a joy to be here at that time. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us!! Krystal’s place is gorgeous and pristine and no detail left undone!! It felt like home as soon as we moved in. We loved the huge sectional, the updates everywhere , the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of the ground floor unit.They spared no expense with the pillows and bedding!! OMG, you will sleep like a baby!!!! Also, they have about everything imaginable for kids and trips to the beach and pool… floats, boogie boards ,etc! You won’t have to bring anything!! If we had any questions Krystal responded quickly, which was so awesome. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling and saying hello!! We actually preferred the safety and security here over others that are directly on the beach. And the Palms is just stellar for an awesome Destin vacay at any time of the year!! We’ll be back!!!

Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The condo is very clean and basic needs were provided to get you started with dish soap and laundry. Great price for the location! We will definitely come back!

Stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for everyone. The outdoor area was nice and big for our group. The host was extremely responsive. There is a $150 early check in fee if you want to do that. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed at the Miramar Beach Jewel for a bachelor/bachelorette getaway. There were 16 of us, and the house fit us very comfortably. The house was beautiful and very clean, the pool (which we had heated) was perfect, and the amenities in the house were great (stocked kitchen). The hosts were responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

It was awesome. Our family had a great time. Loved the house and the location!

Tons of space and great outdoor area. We used the grill and pool/hot tub a lot, plus it was very close to the beach!

This is the perfect house for a beach getaway. Always enjoy using AvantStay as they always add the perfect little touches to make your trip that much better. They were super on top of responding to any questions we had. The only thing that anyone should know before they rent the house is that the upstairs bedroom doors to the balcony’s in the back have the one sided view on the wrong side. Meaning that at night you can’t see out, but people can see in. Besides that, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub immaculate, the kitchens and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Would 100% stay at this house again. It was large enough for our group to gather and hang out but also big enough that we had space to separate and get away from one another. The other added bonus is that the beach is just right down the street.
