The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We got to the apartment a little later than expected but I found parking, apartment, easy and quick. I felt safe coming in late. The apartment was warm, clean. After a day of walking we came home to a nice hot shower and comfortable bed. It was super quiet. Paul gave heads up about the dogs but we really didn't hear them. We actually got to meet his beautiful dogs. I was able to make coffee as needed and warm up some food. Paul place had everything needed to make this weekend smooth and relaxing. Paul goes above and beyond! I really appreciate that with an Airbnb host.

Maria's place was very cozy and easy to get to downtown DC. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Maria and Dan had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and were extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Zach was an excellent host! very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable for the night we spent there. Not very far from the 9:30 club.

If I could give Terese’s place six stars, I would definitely do it. It was perfect for the two of us. She has thought of everything you might need and the place was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have the ability to do laundry. She also provided a dedicated parking spot. The Red Line Metro was a 10-15 min. walk from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was great to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Lily's place is great! All the amenities were as described. The bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and felt safe.

Wow - what a cute and well appointed find in busy and otherwise expensive Washington DC. Columbia Heights is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood and the unit was just a couple of minutes from the Metro and multiple bus line. The place was very well stocked, modern, and <immaculately> clean. Without a doubt it is in the top 1% of the dozens of vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Well done - it should be the standard.

The house is comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities and supplies you would have in your own home!! I met CJ upon my arrival, and he was gracious to assist me with unloading my car. I also met Stan later, and both are kind, welcoming and friendly. I traveled with my 9yr old Alaskan Malamute and CJ was happy to take her on a tour of the property- quiet, on a dead-end street with no traffic so perfect for kids and pets!! I enjoyed reading my book on the front porch rocker :) Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable stay! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area with my 4-legged travel companion.

Eight family members from different states traveled in for a family funeral and wanted to stay together so we could eat home style meals, be close to the funeral venue and be close to the family in town. This place was perfect, everyone had a bed and their own bathroom and we were able to enjoy our company and meals together without going to restaurants. The outdoor amenities and views are breathtaking but it was winter so we stayed inside. The temperature was good inside as we did have two elders who often are chilly. We would definitely go back there AND I looked up his other places to try since we had such an amazing experience!!!

Beautiful, modern, and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home here. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at an Airbnb. Loved having the new washer and dryer convenient to the master. Plus there are plugins galore with USB and USB-c ports throughout which made it really easy to charge our devices after a long battery-draining day in DC.

Exceptional Home! Where to begin, the owners didn’t spare any expense on interior design in this house. We enjoyed playing the baby grand piano, the natural light, and the comfortable beds. They have a great espresso bar setup. The front porch to enjoy our morning coffee. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the deck, although we did not take advantage of the grill. It's perfect for large groups (adults, families with or without children), and conveniently has private parking in the back with a standard EV charger. The location is in close proximity to DC landmarks but is situated in historic Mount Rainier. We felt safe, we walked to couple restaurants and local spots near by the home. The host was super attentive to our needs. I’m definitely booking this again next time I’m in DC.

Very spacious, very clean, and very well positioned to explore the DC area. Our party of 7 adults plus an 18-month-old had plenty of room. Dominic even let us check in a bit early allowing us to keep the little one on schedule and even arranged for a pack-n-play to be in the house as well. Dominic crushed it! Highly recommend this place!! We will be back!!!

This is a phenomenal and beautifully renovated house! Convenient for walking to major sites or the metro station! Plenty of room for groups of 6-8. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces are just as the pictures show. We lucked out with great weather so were able to enjoy the rooftop deck. Very secure parking with a garage door. Easy to use PIN entry. The were plenty of towels, sheets, paper products and all the kitchen items you need. Loved the many different coffee/espresso options. Our family also loved whatever type of mattresses they were. 1/2 block to a grocery store. Overall a great stay, great house, and hard to leave. Sal was very easy to connect with and was extremely helpful with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful five night stay at John’s lovely Delray cottage. The location was great, convenient to the metro, which was about a 15 minute walk away, and close to a plethora of good eating. We enjoyed a meal at Cheesetique, and take outs from Matt &Tony’s just next door, Lena’s for wood fired pizza and Thai Pepper. And great coffee and treats from The Junction, as well. The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we could want. There were a couple Nespresso machines (virtuoso and original), a Cuisinart electric pour over (filter), and I saw at least one traditional espresso pot as well. To the rear of the cottage is a lovely patio where we enjoyed sitting with evening drinks. There are fire pits and heaters to keep you warm on cool evenings. In the evening, we could stream programs on Netflix, as well as other available options. John was a wonderful host - very communicative, proactive and seeing to our every need. Highly recommend!

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Up to date appliances that met our needs quite well. Janelle was extremely responsive to my questions and I did have several. An added bonus was being able to charge an EV car at the house for free...once I figured out how to do so since I had a rental car and had never driven an EV before. I expect to travel to the area in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to Janelle and her husband for a very nice and problem free stay.

My son had a wonderful rest between his train and flight thanks to James’s cozy place. James is an amazing host — he made sure everything was perfect so my son could feel right at home. The apartment was incredibly clean, in a great neighborhood, and very close to the airport. Highly recommended!

The place is perfect for a small family like us visiting DC. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, very nice, easy to access and very homey. Dan is easy to talk to, very quick to respond and helpful. We had everything we needed. I would recommend Dan’s place anytime.

I enjoyed my stay at Club Wyndham National Harbor! The placed was perfectly located to everywhere I wanted to be and yet I still felt right at home. I paid for a 1-bedroom suite and was surprised to receive a 3-bedroom suite. I would definitely recommend Club Wyndham National Harbor to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family, including two small kids. The host provided a pack-and-play, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked two meals during our stay without any trouble. The location was perfect—just a short, less-than-15-minute drive to the Natural History Museum downtown. Across the street, there’s a great park with a playground and a dog park, which our kids loved. My sister and her family stayed in another Airbnb just across the hall, and it was the ideal setup for us to enjoy Christmas together. It’s also an easy walk to Old Town Alexandria, which is charming and full of things to see and do. This place was clean, convenient, and family-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Stella and team have been outstanding hosts. This Airbnb is exactly as described and perfect for party of 4. Bed in Master bedroom very comfortable and the Divan sleeper made a good bed. Host is incredibly attentive, responds quickly and her priority is her guests comfort. We initially booked this beautiful Airbnb for 4 nights but ended up extending our stay for total of 8 days. I highly recommend getting parking. While plenty of parking on the street and surrounding condos, it fills up pretty quickly by 9 PM. Location of this condo is very close to Tyson’s Galleria. We walked to Tyson’s daily to get delicious coffee and food. It is only half a mile away or 10 minutes walk. The hospitality that Stella and team extended to us is on par with the kind of service I have experienced in Dubai. I will stay with Stella and team again and highly recommend this place.
