Great, family friendly house! Very spacious and clean/easy to clean up, great big back yard with cornhole, all of which was great for our toddler and teenager alike. We see family in Preston Hollow a few times a year and it’s wonderful to find something nice, affordable, and located so close to them (a rare find in this neighborhood). Host is very communicative and check in and out were a breeze. Will stay here again!

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Tiffani & Valerie’s house is very comfortable and me and 4 colleagues were very pleased with our stay. Very comfortable beds and good amenities like the pool table.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

This place was so beautiful and comfortable in every way. Everything was as described and I would definitely recommend and hope to return again someday. The downtown area was easy to get to and so many great options for dining. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Aisha was the perfect host and was extremely responsive as well as being very accommodating. I would recommend her and her place to anyone staying in the Richardson/Plano/North Dallas area. I will be making this my go-to spot when I’m in the area again. 10/10!

Very good place, fun and comfy in the best location of dt Dallas. Prime views, clean, and ascetically pleasing. Hosts were very accommodating. You can kind of make your stay anything you want it to be

Squeaky clean and so spacious! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this rental if you want something that's walkable to everything in Deep Ellum. I liked that it was on the top (4th) floor- the view is great! Keep in mind you're in a bustling entertainment district in a big city, so if noise is an issue for you, just bring a sound machine. I personally slept like a baby on the comfy bed.

Love the place it’s in a good location beautiful view, the host always responded really loved that, we slept comfortably the people who worked at the building were very helpful I plan to use the AirB&B again when I’m back in Dallas thank you so much for hosting us we really appreciate it

This place was wonderful! I loved the mirrors soon as you walk in. The host was very helpful with checking in and the place looks as it does in the photos. The courtyard area was lit with beautiful lights at night! Overall I loved it and I can’t wait to come back.

Minor hiccup when we arrived, but the incredible host rectified it immediately. The house was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and bathroom showers had great water pressure. Large dining area and great kitchen. The couch was massive and the yard was great for the kids.

We didn’t get to stay as long as we intended but for the time that we did stay it was suitable and valuable for what it was. The pictures are a great assessment of the area. If you’re a city or suburban person, this may not be your cup of tea but if you’re looking to be, feel and enjoy outdoors … this place is PERFECT!

This is a great place to destress…simple and quiet. A few miles out from a small town but it was close enough to grab something to eat and get some snacks at the small grocery store. The hosts were very helpful. Be sure to enjoy the sunset over the rolling hills.

I’m writing this review instead of my husband because I have OCD and am incredibly particular about cleanliness and comfort when staying at other people’s homes. That being said… this lake house was practically PERFECT! I had zero issues with cleanliness and found myself daydreaming about living here forever. It was such a relief to not feel the usual stress and hesitation about touching anything or even walking barefoot on the floors—everything was spotless. NO CLOTHES WERE HIDDEN BEHIND CURTAINS (for some reason most homes we’ve stayed at have this problem)!!! I legit took pictures of their interior design highlight to get ideas for my own home too. The hosts thought of every tiny detail to make the stay welcoming and comfortable (they made elephants out of towels! What beautiful human thought of that?!)!I would recommend this place 1000% to even my closest family members! I truly hope I get the chance to come back soon. THANK YOU to the wonderful hosts for giving me hope in AirBnB!

We just spent a week here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were told the water level was 9 ft at the boat dock so we could tie our boat up but after arriving it was only about 3.5 to 4 ft deep so we had to rent a slip at the west bay marina to keep our boat at the whole week which was an added expense we weren’t expecting. The house was really cozy and we loved the extra master suite separated from the main house. I wish they had left out more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels for us though knowing we had a large group so I had to provide extras and the dishwasher tablets as well. Overall, the house was great and we made it work and we all had a great time and made lots of new memories and that’s what matters most 😁

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! We arrived after a long travel day from Edmonton, Alberta. David had stocked the fridge with beer and food for us. David and Carol also made us a beautiful supper and breakfast. Genuinely the nicest people! The real stars of the show were Hank the donkey and Lucy the dog. I will remember this trip forever. We arrived strangers and left as friends. Thank you David and Carol.

The Lake level was the only negative thing on the trip and that is out of anyone's control.
