The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. If the location doesnt quell any nerves or reservations, the private "hideaway" parking spot will be just the start. The moment you walk in, you feel like you are "Home". From the secure entrances, graciously stocked kitchen, and roommate style sleeping accommodations, you can't help but feel welcomed and relaxed. Whether you are taking in a concert at Dickies Arena (5 min drive), exploring MeowWolf in Grapevine (40 min drive), or rooting for the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Feild (30 min drive), this home is truely a GEM 💎.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and had all of the amenities you need. There was a sweet surprise on the nightstand, which was a nice touch. When I first walked in, I started looking in all of the doors to find the rooms, as we were staying with friends. I missed the far door in the living room and was thinking, uh oh. There's a bedroom missing. So I walked around again looking through all of the doors again, there had to be one I missed. And there it was, the master bedroom. Hahaha. It is really nice to have the separation between the rooms for more privacy. Both rooms were lovely and very comfortable.

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

Michael is a fantastic host. He had foresaw any possible needs before they occurred. He responded instantly to any communication. His home was quiet, peaceful, immaculate, and perfect for my needs. The location is also close to downtown and Love Field, which made it very convenient for me and my work. Thanks, Michael!

We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s place. The host was responsive and flexible. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Linens were clean, smell great and supplies were sufficient for our group. The space works for us because we were out and about most of the day and only prepared breakfast there. The property is within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops and within a short drive to attractions.

Great place to stay for a small group of 4/5. We liked that we were close to what we had planned for spring break, ubers/lyfts were very cheap, and the view from the 4th floor patio was beautiful. There are a couple things you should know just in case you are looking to book. The garage was smaller than what we expected, we tried to put 2 cars in (A honda accord and chrysler 300) but we weren’t able to get out the car(s) so one of us had to park on the street which was a bit nerve-racking because there was glass on the ground, but we didn’t have any problems. The other thing is the 10 am checkout, we didn’t mind getting up, but it definitely was rough and $75 for an extra hour was just a bit wild in our opinion, but again not a huge problem. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home . Angela is so responsive and helpful. The living room is way bigger than the picture and is nice for family gatherings. Bedrooms are super clean and nice . All the kitchen utensils are good . I asked her to bring additional blanket and coffee grinder and she brought it within hours . The neighborhood is so peaceful and secure. I recommend this place 100% . Thank you Angela.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Carrollton! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was great—quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed. The amenities were thoughtful and made my stay super comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful place to stay. Perfect for my family of 6, also it was close to the places we wanted to visit. Georgina and her husband responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. We had a Great stay at Alec’s place in Bishop Arts. This turned out to be the perfect location for our family to visit different places around Dallas and beyond. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We really appreciated all the restaurants in walking distance! Great Pizza, Ice Cream, Crepes, Burgers, Mexican, and so much more. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at night. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Dallas and recommend to others.

Truly bigger and better than the photos. Huge, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and master planned to be walkable. Numerous restaurants and a small grocery are literally around the corner. Communications with Elena was excellent and crystal clear. We would 100% stay here again.

This place has as perfect for a guys trip to watch Baseball. plenty around for food and close to baseball stadium. House was clean and comfortable.

This was one of the cleanest and best organized places I’ve ever stayed. There were clear instructions on how to access everything and how to utilize the amenities. All three rooms we used were great as were the public spaces and having a garage to park our car was a huge bonus as there was a storm during our trip. James was a proactive communicator and took great care of us.

Lily was always quick to answer questions and supported us whenever we challenges with manicuring the city.

There was a lot of attention to detail put into decorating this home and into making the guests feel like they’re at a luxury home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is beautiful located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great stay! We will def stay again next time we come in for Market!

Great location to Dallas downtown and close to shopping, lovely restaurants and the very best of Dallas. The pictures on this property does not do justice to the amount of to the amenities available. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The Host was super responsive. The Master bedroom was the shower powered jets in the Master bathroom was a hit with us. Modern kitchen and the rooftop terrace views of the Dallas night sky were awesome. Wish we had more time. Highly recommend

While the area is a little close to a rougher part of town, the location itself felt safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
