logement propre et proche de l''aéroport de la gare ainsi qu'a 30 min de la tour de pise à pied . l'hôte est très serviable et propose des petits plus ( petit déjeuner, bouteille de vin plus eau ainsi que la consignées bagages) . rien à redire sauf le second lit canapé pas très confortable . a recommandé pour un séjour agréable en Italie.

La comodidad de las instalaciones y la limpieza es impecable. La casa está cerca de todo pero conservando la tranquilidad del barrio. La generosidad de sus anfitriones hace la diferencia, desde desayunos súper abundantes, bicicletas disponibles y una heladera con bebidas y frutas para el consumo durante el día, entre otras cosas. Massimiliano es una persona muy cálida y amable, siempre atento a cualquier duda o necesidad de sus huéspedes. Espero poder volver a Viareggio y hospedarme nuevamente allí.

Courte halte mais l'appartement est agréable, spacieux et propre. Il est proche du centre de Pise. Très bons conseils d'Eufemia. A recommander.

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Alloggio curato, accogliente e con ottime dotazioni. Fuori lerici, cosa che per me era positivo per tutelare il mio cane da botti. Ma comodo sia per raggiungere il mare che i monti. La cosa più importante è il parcheggio privato perché in zona parcheggiare è molto complicato

Come essere a casa ! Esperienza impeccabile. In vista dei prossimi Lucca Comics, sarà sicuramente nostra meta fissa !

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questo bellissimo appartamento e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Federico molto disponibile, alloggio in zona centrale e parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Appartamento pulitissimo al nostro arrivo, caldo e comodo a tutti i servizi. Super consigliato

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment is a very short walk from the train station and can be done easily with luggage. Federica and Francesco even met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment which was very kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed to Liguria. The apartment had everything we needed, and I mean EVERYTHING. A storm came through, thunder, lightning, rain… the whole show, and we didn’t lose any sleep thanks to the black out windows. This is a fantastic place to stay. Thank you so much Federica and Francesco!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren zu sechst da und wurden sehr herzlich von Gabriella empfangen, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto gut zu erreichen, Autobahn gleich in der Nähe, Strand etwas mehr als 1 Kilometer entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend sowohl Richtung Süden als auch Norden zu erkunden. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen 😊

De ontvangst door Serena wat heel snel en heel hartelijk. Ze gaf een uitgebreide uitleg en rondleiding door het grote appartement, liet ons de keukenapparaten zien en de badkamer en tips voor restaurants. Ze gaf een uitleg over de fietsen en over de toegang tot het gebouw en het appartement.

La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale per chi ha necessita di raggiungere l’ospedale di Pisa, che dista un centinaio metri, percorribili a piedi. L’appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito e l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio all’interno del parco privato, delimitato da una sbarra azionabile mediante un comodo telecomando fornito insieme alle chiavi. Dal centro di Pisa dista circa 15 minuti in auto.

kontakt z gospodarzem od początku był bardzo sprawny i jasny. Dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje jak się zameldować i wszystko było zgodne. sam nocleg był na 1p. Wiec nawet dla nas (a mieliśmy wózek dla dziecka) było to ok. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i blisko zarówno dworca jak i centrum. Gorąco polecamy!

Wij hebben een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad bij Adam. Alles was door de host tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het is een prachtig huis met mooi ingerichte, comfortabele kamers. Hierin komen echt Toscaanse elementen terug. In de ochtend hebben we buiten in de tuin genoten van een lekker ontbijt! Wij hebben in ieder geval een heerlijk adresje gevonden voor als wij weer naar Toscane gaan 👌🏼

Sara's place is beautifully decorated and perfectly located just a 3 minute walk away from the train. The bed was comfortable and it was an excellent place to stay will visiting the towns of Cinque Terre during the day. Sara was very communicative and helpful in letting us drop our bags off before check in so that we could be free for a day of exploration.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Dawn! We zijn heel goed ontvangen, het is een hele mooie rustige plek. Het huis is prachtig en alles is goed onderhouden. Het contact met Dawn was heel fijn, ze zorgt goed voor haar gasten. Er was altijd iets vers gebakken en we kregen ook allerlei dingen voor ontbijt. Aangezien het boven op de berg is, is het hebben van een auto wel een pré. De weg er naar toe is goed en grotendeels nieuw. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen. Een echte aanrader

Anna è gentilissima. Ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo con due bottigliette d’acqua fresca, davvero una premura unica. Amichevole e disponibile. L’alloggio è ben fornito: il bagno nuovissimo e un letto davvero comodo. Carinissima l’idea della colazione in camera, è come una colazione che faresti a casa tua. È stato un bel soggiorno.

Il peccato è stato aver soggiornato soltanto una notte da Gabriele perché sarzana e i dintorni sono splendidi ma sarà un motivo in più per tornare Alla fortezza di Gabriele, ci siamo trovati benissimo , posizione tranquilla, pulizia perfetta, ottima la colazione cosa dire di più? Grazie

George una persona gentile e disponibile, ci ha assistito fin dal primo minuto in cui siamo arrivati nel suo alloggio. Ci ha accompagnato ovunque e spiegato la storia e le particolarità della città. Stare da George è come stare a casa, il suo alloggio è una piccola oasi in mezzo ad altri edifici. Super consigliato!!

Very nice B&B, close to the walls. Very nice hosts…even had a breakfast ready for us to take as we left much earlier than everyone else. I would recommend staying here!
