Recomendable 100% Tant en Carmelo com la Marina han estat molt atents en tot moment ajudant-los amb els nostres dubtes. La casa, ben ubicada a prop de l'aeroport, molt neta i amb tots els utensilis necessaris (tant a la cuina, al bany, les habitacions...). Tot perfecte.

Tutto benissimo, spero di tornare presto a Carrara e sarà senz'altro da Franco.

wunderschöne ,mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung, Mit allem was man braucht und viel Platz! Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Von der Terrasse (es gibt 3) hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Bucht von Lerici , sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir empfehlen Sie und kommen gerne wieder, es gibt noch viel zu entdecken....mille Grazie

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

Maria&Gino sind wunderbare, gastfreundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bereits vor der Anreise kontaktiert, sodass wir im Vorfeld Informationen (Anreise, früherer Check in, detaillierte Ausstattung der Küche, Wegbeschreibung) erhalten haben. Bei Ankunft haben sie uns persönlich mit einer Flasche Wein begrüsst und unseren Kindern zu Ostern ein Geschenk gebracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll & beeindruckend-das Haus wurde durch die Beiden renoviert,seit 2016 vermietet und hat ein charmantes, italienisches Flair. Eine Auszeit auf der Dachterrasse ein Muss! Sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch der Komfort waren top. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, in weniger als 2 Min zu Fuss ist alles vorhanden-Bäckerei,Metzger,Dorfladen,Apotheke etc. Auch die vielen kleinen Restaurants sind perfekt, um abends das Auto stehen zu lassen und das gute toskanische Essen sowie den Wein geniessen zu können. Gino hat einen Infoordner erstellt, wo alles Wichtige (Geschäfte, Restaurants) enthalten ist.

Wonderful place! We loved the view and stunning view of Lucca. The reception was incredibly helpful as well. They helped us book a taxi for the wedding we were attending.

L' alloggio di Marco è unico nel suo genere, una casetta dotata di tutto sopra allo stabilimento balneare, proprio sulla spiaggia, offre la possibilità di mangiare nella propria terrazza privata guardando il mare, l' ottimo ristorante (pesce eccellente!!) proprio a lato dello stabilimento offre il servizio di portarti i piatti del ristorante a casa propria!!! Federico e Giuseppe sono stati eccezionali, sempre pronti e sorridenti come tutto lo staff di Marco,davvero impareggiabili, l' host inoltre si è dimostrato incredibilmente flessibile per ogni tipo di situazione davvero da 6 stelle! I know Lucca well having lived there for several months about 12 years ago. The apartment has a great location in the heart of the walled city. The living space is special having windows on every side. A joy.

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

Teresa è una persona delicata, discreta, per niente invadente ma molto disponibile: quando ho avuto bisogno di scriverle ha sempre risposto immediatamente; avremmo dovuto fare un self-checkin ma alla fine ci siamo incrociate sia all’arrivo sia quando siamo andate via ed è stato un piacere conoscerla e chiacchierare con lei. L’appartamento è accogliente, arredato con gusto, confortevole e pulitissimo. Il condominio si trova sul Viale delle Piagge, a pochi minuti in bici dal centro e facile da raggiungere eventualmente in macchina. La zona è silenziosa e gradevole soprattutto di giorno, perché immersa nel verde del lungarno. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e sicuramente la ricontatteremo quando servirà!

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila y está muy bien ubicado con todo, se puede ir andando perfectamente desde ahí a todos lados. Para un fin de semana es ideal, todo estaba muy limpio y el host muy amable y muy pendiente a todo. Por el precio que tiene está muy bien, lo recomiendo.

The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. amazing place, so beautiful, and very kind guests. they helped us a lot with our very late check in and gave us some good recommendations. the place was amazing, some beautiful hiking trails, access to pisa, lucca and bagni the lucca(it’s surprisingly famous so don’t forget to book well before). house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. we traveled in december so couldn’t use the pool. the floor was a bit cold so we left two pairs of slippers for the next guests.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huisje van Teresa. Het is heel compact maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt en als het goed weer is leef je toch buiten. Het bed is groot en perfect! Er zit een mooie prive tuin bij het huisje met een bbq en 2 ligbedden en bij het huisje staan onder de overkapping 2 lage stoelen en een eettafel met stoelen. Op het terrein staat nog een vakantiehuis en in het huis van Teresa geïntegreerd is nog een complete studio waar je het zwembad mee deelt. De tuin met het zwembad is prachtig en goed onderhouden met overal zitjes en ruim voldoende ligbedden. Heerlijk luieren met zicht op de olijfgaard en het is er heerlijk rustig. Jammer genoeg hadden wij een incidentje in ons huisje maar Teresa heeft dat perfect voor ons opgelost. Wat dat betreft is ze in de wieg gelegd voor host! De locatie is ook perfect, dicht bij aansluitingen naar de grote weg zodat Lucca, Pisa Pistoya en Florence redelijk vlot te bereiken zijn. Een aanrader!

Es war eine tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, allerdings spielten Abends Kinder noch sehr laut vor der Tür und die Glocken von der Kirche muss man auch ertragen können. Ansonsten war es aber wirklich gut.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Luisa and Damiano were superb hosts! They went above and beyond of what we could have expected and really made my 30th Birthday celebrations special. From getting a beautiful cake from a local patisserie to printing out a present, putting up decorations and getting all ingredients for pizza they really put out all the stops. Pizza night was really fun and great way to get to know the hosts. The house itself was beautiful and you can tell they've put a lot of love into designing it. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and more and the house had every home comfort you may need. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It’s a lovely place next to a garage and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and grapes. The garage is small and means there is plenty of space for parking. The back yard was really lovely and playful. We enjoyed the proximity to Lucca and all the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this house for people traveling with a car. It was very nice to pull right up and be able to park.
