What an absolute gem! This place is beautiful, Riccardo has renovated it with a great eye for design and lovely craftsmanship. Wonderful to stay in a place with such character and history. Everything was spotless. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Riccardo and his wife are super friendly and helpful, and responded to any messages within minutes. The location is superb, a short walk from free parking, and a short walk from the centre. Restaurants and bars within a few minutes. What a fabulous stay. Thank you so much!

Andrea is very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly when we encountered some problem in the flat. The local restaurants she recommended is also very good. The place is clean, well equipped and decorated with a good taste. It is also a short walk from the airport and local buses. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Le logement est conforme aux photos et au descriptif, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Notre hôtesse était très réactive et à été d'excellent conseil sur les visites, activités et lieux à découvrir. Ses suggestions nous ont fait découvrir de jolis endroits, et gagner un temps précieux. Le village, quelques kilomètres à l'écart de Pise, est très paisible, et comprends tous les commerces et services nécessaires. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, et l'appartement, comme notre hôtesse, y ont beaucoup contribué

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

Elias and Egle are very flexible and always available to make you feel like at home. The communication was great and they shared with me a very useful local guide, that they wrote, with lots of tips to enjoy the region . Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

Geweldige locatie, woning ligt zeer rusting. Keurige ontvangst. Auto kan je niet voor de deur parkeren. Bagage dien je via trap/helling naar de woning te brengen. Geen probleem. De eigenaar bood aan om te helpen met de bagage. Woning ligt in een klein bergdorpje, voorzieningen zoals supermarkt liggen in een dorpje op enige afstand. Je kan niet zonder auto op deze lokatie. Leuke woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabel. Woning was keurig schoongemaakt.

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

c zst une vraie expérience de passer du temps dans ce logement. il y a un silence absolu, la maison est authentique, super propre, et la vue.... inoubliable. Vous êtes dans un coin de paradis. Cinzia et son mari sont supers accueillants et très au service. nous avons passé huit jours merveilleux. nous recommandons bien évidemment.

Het huis is mooi en de plek en ligging zijn fantastisch! In de bergen met uitzicht op bergtoppen van 1km, en maar een klein half uur rijden naar het strand. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een fijne vriendelijke host.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Nous sommes venus nous refugier chez Dino au dernier moment pour sabriter des pluies incessantes et nous avons trouvé un havre de paix. Tout est magnifique ici, le village, la vue, la region, on se sent chez soi dans la maison, elle a une âme ! Dino est super reactif et attentionné. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

La casa di Massimo è stata funzionale alle nostre esigenze. Ottima posizione centrale.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento situato nella via centrale di Pisa a due passi dalla stazione e da tutti i servizi principali. Molto ampio e spazioso, con 3 camere letto separate e 2 bagni. Letti molto comodi. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

La posizione dell'appartamento era semplicemente ottima, situata nel cuore della città, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche e dai ristoranti locali. L'immobile era molto carino, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Nota di merito va anche all' host Stefano, sempre disponibile e super veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi nostra domanda o richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque visiti Lucca!

I are warmly welcomed by Silvia and the appartment ist very lovely and cozy. There is beautiful see and forest for us to relax only few steps away. There is nothing to complain everything is perfect. Silvia is very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment. I wish we could stay here longer.

Fulvio nous a accueillis avec bienveillance et gentillesse. Le logement est très bien équipé, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! Son emplacement est un grand plus : à moins de 5’ à pieds de la gare et d’un supermarché pour faire ses courses. Mieux : parking gratuit à deux pas où Fulvio a la gentillesse de vous garder une place pour votre arrivée ! Nous recommandons !
