We loved our time so much in this home that we stayed in most of the weekend! 😁 It very much feels like home. The amenities? Wild. We LOVED the sauna and cold plunge and made good use of it while we visited. When we had a small inconvenience with the heating, (completely out of our lovely hosts control) Victoria was very quick to respond and solved the issue immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!

I will absolutely stay at this place again it was absolutely beautiful. The host was fantastic made it super easy for us to get in was very kind and responsive. We never even had to leave the place had everything we wanted pool table, darts lots of space!

What a GEM! This house is beautiful in itself, and the property is stunning. Andrew was a great communicator during our stay. The kitchen was stocked full of any appliance/Kitchen item we needed...and more! The hot tub was so relaxing, and we felt so at home during our stay! This is the perfect house for large groups, as everyone can have a bed. The huge dining room allowed us to all eat together, which we loved. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

Great place and an excellent option close to downtown Indy for a large group- everyone basically had their own bathroom, which was hard to find in the area. The location itself is clearly on the "gentrifying" side of things and looks to be still a few years away (some abandoned houses on the block, juxtaposed next to what are clearly airbnbs) - but our group didn't have any issues and never felt unsafe. Another plus was the parking including garages. The house in general was great- had a few water issues that Mike was very communicative about, which I really appreciate. Overall would stay again if we had this large of a group for Indy- thanks!

The pictures don't do this home any justice, this home was beautiful. Joe was a great host and very responsive and left clear instructions. The home and area was very peaceful, private, and great for a family or friends get away. Close to the way, grocery stores, and more. I would highly recommend Joe's place and will use him anytime I'm back in Indianapolis.

Great space for a girls trip. Hot was running well and comfy couch in basement to spend time with friends. Would definitely book again :)

We had a girls weekend and this cozy cabin was what we needed. Cabin was just beautiful inside and out. Hot tub was so nice as well. We will be back!!! This spot is a nice getaway!!!

The cabin was beautiful and a nice little place to stay. I did not communicate with the owner, but they were proactive to send all of the information we needed prior to arriving there. One thing I would say needed some improvement was that the bedding upstairs did not smell good. Thanks for the stay!

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

My family and I loved staying here. Would absolutely recommend it. Super peaceful little get away spot. It's also very close to Nashville should you want to venture into town for a little bit.

What a great Girls Weekend! We took out the canoe, had a fire in the fire pit and watched the lunar eclipse. We can't wait to go back to Patton Lake! Sissy the dog was another wonderful addition to our time there!

It was just what we needed, a relaxing getaway to spend time with family, Aaron was so accommodating and made our stay AWSOME 😄

Awesome place! The gravel road is a bit steep, so be careful if youre bringing a trailer.
