Excellent stay and very clean!!

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

We had a great stay at Tara’s lovely home for our Christmas vacation with our family. We even got to include our family dog which was a bonus. We quickly felt right at home. Plenty of space, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the outdoor seating area and the bbq. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, great hot water with good water pressure. Large well stocked kitchen with ample seating for the whole family. Added amenities like coffee, sugar, shampoo, lotion, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It’s nice to not have to go buy these items when you are traveling. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Tara is friendly and responds quickly. Even brought us a few items we needed for the kitchen. Great location right off the freeway allowed us to see family in RSM and easy travel to and from Orange County airport and local beaches. Renters in attached unit were quiet and kind. We highly recommend staying at Tara’s place.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Great neighborhood and beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space. Game room was definitely our favorite! Would come back here anytime.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s but none like this one. We were pleased with everything about this Airbnb from location to accommodations. We wanted a place close to the beach but not too far from Disney. Our family vacation was absolutely made staying here. Would 1000% recommend spending the money on this place.

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. Wunderschöne und voll ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend auf der Straße. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Jan und Dale war ausgezeichnet. Danke auch für die Leckereien und Snacks zum Frühstück! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

It was very safe place for my family. It had many extra accessories that was not expected ie games, ping pong, foos ball, corn hole. The commons area was very nice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Wendy kept us up to date and checked on us frequently. It was very nice.

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!

This was an absolutely beautiful place and I will definitely be booking here my next time in Irvine. The place was so spacious and extremely clean. There is a patio with a gate that provided easy access for us to take the dog in and out for potty breaks. During our stay, we didn't hear any neighbors upstairs or on the sides. We loved how close the place was from the parking garage, as we had a few bags to carry. Very convenient location for us to go eat. They also upgraded the stools that aren't seen in the photos and are a lot more comfortable.

Dana’s place was awesome. Very close to the beach (we walked everywhere). Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance as well. Dana even suggested some places to check out while we were there and they were great!
